New update, Unfortunately I need to cancel all our appointments for the remainder of this year. I've just found out I had a mini stroke and have been strongly advised not to work and to rest. I just wanted to do a quick update, on sat arvo I was taken to Monash, I'm hopefully being discharged today, thank you to all the amazing clients who were absolutely more than happy to move their appointments from today for me, without any hesitation! I appreciate you guys so much! 🥰
I have been told I'm ok to go back to work, but please know I will be slower than normal, so just ask that you're patient with me. This being our last week for the year is of course crazy, but ill do my best to have them out on time, looking their absolute best for Chrissie.

Thanks so much for understanding ### No rest for the wicked round here 🤣

How amazing to dedicate your life to something for so long, and still love it daily! That's ALOT of beautiful dogs that we have seen in that space of time 🥰

This came up in my personal fb memories and I don't know that I've ever shared it on here, so here it is (in screen record mode cos I'm technically challenged 🤣)
My all time, to this day, most favourite grooming comp award I've ever received! Because to me, how you treat the dogs in your care, is the most important thing, and I treat them all as my own.
The award is hung with pride in my salon and it beats any other!

They looove scratches and massages on their ear leathers 😂 This is definitely one of her favourite things to have done...have you tried it?

This is Chunky. He is far from my best grooming work, but to say I'm proud is an understatement. This little dude came to us always terrified of being touched by anyone who isn't his family, and would act before he thought about it, with his pretty white teeth coming at us from all angles. He hates his legs being touched, his tail being touched, and forget about it when you wanna touch his face or head! We have worked with him very slowly, building up trust and going at his pace, even seeing if changing time of day helped, turns out, he's a morning pup! Today, we didn't need a muzzle at all! Even for his nails! Which is his most hated part of the process! So, to say I'm proud of this groom, and to see him so happy, is the reason I do this job. Bringing out the confidence and having them (maybe not always) enjoy being groomed, is the best feeling in the world 🥰 I'm proud of you, Chunky boy 🥰 Also a massive thank you to his owners for trusting us to find what works best for their boy, and working with us so much to get there 🥰

Bronx enjoyed his warm bath today (of course I missed the best bit and only caught the very end)

Play time at the zoo 🤣🥰

Well that's it.. no work today, sorry...Buddy needs hugs and I never get the hugs lol
