Hi All, we are having problems with Telstra, calls and messages are not going through as they should and we can not be contacted either, our internet is only working intermittently also.
Telstra has advised that the issue should be resolved by COB today 🐾❤️

We are absolutely freezing out and about seeing all of the Furbabies this morning.
Please don’t forget your Furbabies feel the cold too, so keep them rugged up and warm on these super cold days.
This wind is super Icy so keep them inside if you can or pop those jackets on all day if they’re outdoors babies.

His Mumma said he may have gone for a wander anytime over the last couple of days.
He is absolutely beautifully natured and loves a cuddle.

What can we do to make this page more relatable and engaging?
Almost Each and every week we are or close too booked out so what that tells me is that we are doing a great job and word of mouth is our main source of business, however I know people are seeing our posts but no one seems to be engaging with them these days? Why? Is Facebook not the way to engage with clients anymore? What can I do to get likes, shares or follows? As consumers I would love your opinions and suggestions?
I don’t share pics of our Furbabies in care in posts anymore due to security and privacy as posted previously but is there something else I could be doing?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi All, The dreaded Flu has finally got me and I am bed ridden today, Luke will be seeing all Furbabies and I will be pumping myself full of every Cold and Flu medication there is to get myself back on track asap.
Unfortunately any Meet and Greets today will need to be rescheduled and all messages will be replied too when I am up to it.

I am receiving a lot of messages regarding Christmas Bookings, as always to keep it fair for everyone we will open bookings on September 1st at 9am and it will be first in best dressed with bookings.
Every year we book out within a couple of days so my suggestion is to get in immediately to avoid missing out.
A 50% Non Refundable Deposit will be required by November 24th to secure booking with remaining payment due 7days before care begins.

Why we charge what we charge ❤️
Occasionally we have people make comment regarding the price we charge and that’s absolutely ok, we’re all counting dollars these days, however when you are made aware of costs associated it makes sense.

🐾 We are a Registered Business - we pay tax, wages and other costs associated with having employees just like any other business

🐾We are Insured - for peace of mind Insurance protects yourself, your furbabies and myself and my staff if the unexpected happens

🐾 Fuel Costs - On average we are doing 50 to 100kms per day which in a small town such as ours is no easy feet.
As we all know Fuel is not cheap but painfully it’s a must

🐾 Car registration and Insurance - In order to be able to service your home/furbabies we need to travel, therefore use our vehicle, so of course the minute we hit that bitumen like everyone else on the road we must have Registration and Insurance

🐾 Wear and Tear on Vehicles - Not only just being on the road causes wear and tear to our vehicles, we occasionally need to have furbabies in the car, which means scratches, slobber, fur and some other unsightly bodily functions that we won’t speak about that need to be cleaned after transporting

🐾 Disposal/Cleaning Products and Food - Quite often Bags for Yard Clean up or extra Kitty Litter are not left for us to use so we provide this as part of our service, we also provide extra Food if ever required

🐾 Cleaning - We regularly clean large messes that are far beyond our job description, this can be anything from destroyed gardens, toys etc to Vomit, Poo and Wee accidents. Cleaners generally charge $50 just to turn up these days, we don’t charge anything majority of the time

🐾 Staff Wages - we have an Incredible Team here at MPC but unfortunately they don’t work for free and nor should they

🐾 Time - You have to agree that you wouldn’t turn up to work for nothing so although it ends up not a lot after the above, we also need to be paid for our time and experience. Although we totally do it for the love we all have families to provide for

🐾 Using our service is cheaper than travelling to a Boarding Kennel and your Furbabies get to be relaxed, comfortable and loved in their own home, you can’t put a price on that

We are an Experienced, Professional, Registered, Insured and Reliable Pet and Home Care Service that has been running for almost 5yrs with a long list of clientele that we have had since day 1 so we must be doing something right ❤️

Yes there are people that are offering a similar service for less but they aren’t MPC, they don’t provide what we do and I am confident that our Service will always be Number 1.

Evening All, As some of you may know we have had to head to Townsville for last minute Surgery and the wonderful Ben and Dakota are taking care of everything while I am away.
They are already doing such an amazing job, I’m very blessed to have such a fabulous crew to take the reins and love and care for your furbabies as much as I do when I can’t be there.
All going well we should be back on deck this Friday.
Please be patient as My responses to messages and calls may be not so great this week but I will endeavour to get back to everyone the very moment I can. 🐾❤️

(Thankyou to all of our lovely clients that have checked in to make sure we weren’t affected by the heartbreaking tragedy that unfolded on the road yesterday in Gumlu, we thankfully are ok but we are sending all of our love and strength to the families of the deceased and the remaining survivors.)💔

As I watch everyone heading out of town on Holiday again I can’t help but feel so grateful to our wonderful clients who trust us with caring for their Little Loves while they’re away.
I want to take this quick moment to Thank each and every one of you for your Loyalty, a lot of you have been with us from the very beginning and that truly makes my heart sing.
