I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to personally reach out to let you know that, effective immediately, there will be a small increase in our pricing due to GST.
As a small business, I’ve always tried my best to absorb rising costs where I can. However, in this case, I’m unable to cover the increase on my own, and I have to pass it on in order to continue offering the quality and service you deserve.

Please know this decision wasn’t made lightly, and I truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. Every service i offer, every message, and every bit of encouragement means the world to me – it’s what keeps this small business going.

Friendly reminder to toilet your dog before entering. Poo bags provided in the salon

New clients- can't wait to meet you all.
If your dog doesn't like other dogs or is anxious please let me know before your appointment.

-I am a home based salon so you need to drop off and pick up your dogs. I don't not hold dogs at the salon and your appointment time is very valuable to me.

- please make your self available at pick up time.

- I am a corner block and salon is located on McDonald st

- please do not park in the grass as we have pop up sprinklers

Super quick update

Little man is doing as well as expected after surgery ❤️‍🩹
If all goes well I will back to normal next week.

I will get back to everyone that had messaged me next week. Right now family first.

It has also come to my attention another groomer in town has relocated. This will mean another influx of clients looking for a groomer. I will be opening up a very exciting opportunity in the very near future for a grooming assistant. This is a very sort after skill and could give someone the experience to join the billion dollar a year pet industry.
This will give me the capability to fit in all regular and new clients

I have temporally turned off online bookings.
We have been offered a surgery date for my son. This will mean 2 weeks stay in Mackay.
This means a lot of preparation and possibility to have to change appointments. I will always do my best to accommodate each and everyone of you so please bare with me ❤️‍🩹

Merry Christmas and happy new year from our family. Joey and the family had a lovely break and we are back in full swing.
If you haven't already booked your appointment please do so as January is filling fast. Limited appointments available. I do recommend everyone books 1 appointment ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

And that's a wrap for the year!!! Salon is closed until January 6th. January is filling quickly and the easiest way to book during the holiday period is online.

As I sit back and reflect on an incredible year I would like to thank each and everyone of you. Missing old my old clients and I'm greatful of everyone I have been lucky enough to meet.

Ok I think I have gone completely mad! Last 2 grooming appointments for the year and I'm going to fill them. First in first served. Thursday 9 and 10 am. Sorry if I have missed anyone on the waitlist this is truely the busiest time of the year for Groomers.

Friendly reminder
Please do NOT park on the grass. We have underground sprinklers along the grass. Plenty of street parking 😊😊

Also as I am in the busiest time of the year it would be greatly appreciated if you could take time to toilet your dog in the park across the street. Many accidents can put me behind during the day.
