Morisset Show

The 71st Morisset Show will be held on 18th and 19th of October 2025 at Morisset Showground.

The Morisset-Lake Macquarie Annual Show is affiliated with the Royal Agricultural Society and exhibitor's gain points to the Royal Easter Show. The show has been running since 1951 and has traditionally been on the 5th weekend of the year. The show is organised and run by a group of people who volunteer their time. Some events that are presented each year, apart from the Horses (Ring Events, Show

Jumping & Dressage), include: Goat & Dog Championships, Show Girl Championships, Poetry & Karaoke Competitions. Also at the show is our popular pavilion which has colourful displays of - needlecraft, folk art, handicraft, paintings, photography, jams and cakes.

We all had a fantastic night at zone 5 finals for the 2025 Young Womans Competition. Congratulations to Emily Clunes for making it to the finals and representing so well. You spoke very well and we are all very proud of the young woman you are and of all of your achievements.
Also a big congratulations to Elouise Haigh from Upper Hunter Show , and Ninoska Birchall from Mudgee Show who will be going onto the Easter Show for the finals.

📸‘Show us Your Show!’🤳

ASC of NSW Next Generation is pleased to announce we are starting a monthly photo competition!

The lucky winners of each month will receive our first-ever calendar in 2026! 🗓️

We are looking for beautiful photos taken by youth at any Ag Show in New South Wales.

Entries for our first competition are now open! To enter follow our Google form to enter your photo https://forms.gle/8DKLZrYgJceSZvaZ8

At the end of each month, we will post the entries for that month, and the image with the most likes will win!

December's submissions are open from 01/12/2024 to 22/12/2024 so make sure to get them in.

‼️By entering in our competition you agree to the following terms: ‼️

- Photograph must be taken by someone under 35 in NSW. Anyone under 18 MUST have their parent/guardian’s permission to enter.

- If the image you submit features a person you MUST have their permission to share/enter the photo.

- Entries are to be submitted via the following Google form https://forms.gle/8DKLZrYgJceSZvaZ8

- Entries for December’s competition are open from 01/12/2024 to 22/12/2024.

- In the last week of each month, entries submitted during that time will be uploaded to our page. The image with the most likes each month will be featured in our 2026 calendar!

- Each month’s winner will be announced via our socials, the winners of each month will be contacted via email towards the end of 2025 regarding postage details so you can receive a copy of the 2026 calendar. If we do not have enough images by the end of the year Next Gen may decide on bonus winners. They will be notified.

- By submitting your photo in our monthly competition you agree to us using the image in our calendar, on our social media and in our newsletters. Copyright remains with the author and full credit will be given.

- The competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram or any other media platforms and is only run through the ASC of NSW Next Generation.
