Employment Position

Seeking an experienced person to become our new Foreman to work closely with David (trainer) and Matt (assistant trainer).

Successful candidates must be capable of managing staff, administering medications to horses, overseeing horse welfare and have great communication skills. A heavy rigid truck licence is looked upon very favorably.

Position would suit person with racing or equestrian background.

Full time position and remuneration is negotiable (above award rate) depending upon skill set and experience.

Look how cute Teddy Mercury was as a foal (courtesy of Bombora Downs).

He won again today for the team on Day 2 of the Swan Hill Carnival!

Great effort by the team to travel the horses up to Swan Hill and get two winners.

TEDDY MERCURY (Toronado (IRE) x Tiger Belle), born and raised at Bombora Downs brings up his 2nd win today. Racing over 1200m in race 8 at Swan Hill, he took the lead turning for home and sprinted away winning by over 3 lengths, the blinkers keeping him focused. Congratulations to owner / breeder Robyn Lawrie and the many happy owners, trainer David Brideoake and jockey Reece McLeod.
