It is time for Santa to pay a visit to Lauren's Grooming Room to do your favourite photos of the year - taken by Lunatik Pet Photography - with your dogs and cats and any other animal that you may like to bring along!

I was surprised today with this gift from my team member Laura. She did this drawing of my four fur babies and framed it... how amazing 🥹 So unexpected, I absolutely love it! She's so talented 😍

Today is Lauren's Grooming Room's 8th Birthday 🎂

It's crazy to think how far my little business has come. What was once just the dream to groom solo from home quickly expanded to having a shop front, 2 wonderful employees, consistently closing the books because we are so busy and grooming 80 - 100 dogs a week!

I'm feeling so very blessed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your ongoing support over these years, they have absolutely flown by!

To celebrate I'm giving away 8 x $50 grooming vouchers - these are open to new clients also. To enter all you need to do is share this post and tag another fur parent. Winners will be drawn Sunday 10th of August.

Pound rescue makeover 🌟

We picked up this lovely pooch from the pound this morning to give him a much needed bath and haircut before heading to his new foster home with Forever Friends Animal Rescue Latrobe! He is feeling fresh and looking a million dollars, good luck finding your forever home little man 😍

FLEAS!

There has been a big increase the last couple weeks with dogs coming in with fleas...

Please ensure your pet is up to date with their flea treatment prior to attending their groom. Fleas can be found in dirt in your backyard so regardless of whether your dog is social with other dogs they are still at risk of getting fleas.

If your pet comes in with a large amount of fleas I will be charging an extra $10 on their groom. This is to cover the cost of flea wash, extra cleaning and flea bombing the salon.

If your pet comes in with fleas there is a high risk of other pets in the salon catching them and I don't want to be sending dogs home with fleas.

Flea treatments protect your pooch for 30 days so it's a small price to pay to ensure they are flea free all the time. If your dog has fleas be sure to flea bomb your house as fleas can also live in carpet once they get inside.

Saturday (Once a month 8.30am - 5pm)
Sunday CLOSED

If you are a current Monday or Saturday client please send me a message and we can organise your grooms for the entire year so you don't miss out 🐾

I'll try and reply to everyone today and are currently running on only 2 staff. We were closed Saturday - Monday so have quite a few enquiries to get through. Thanks for your patience 💗🐾

Wowee what a week we have had. From being pretty sick and rescheduling dogs to our shop being broken into yesterday it definitely tested us.. but we made it!! Thank you for all your patience. We haven't gotten back to everyone yet as its been so chaotic this month and a touch overwhelming but we promise you we will after boxing day - no puppos will miss out on a groom, we are back in full force from the 3rd of January! 🐾

We wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and safe and happy New Year. Thank you for another super busy year of grooming and making all your pups look and feel their best - we love what we do!🎄
