Can you believe it? It is time for Santa to pay a visit to Lauren's Grooming Room to do your favourite photos of the year - taken by Lunatik Pet Photography - with your dogs and cats and any other animal that you may like to bring along!

FLEAS!

Please ensure your pet is up to date with their flea treatment prior to attending their groom.

If your pet comes in with a large amount of fleas I will be charging an extra $10 on their groom. This is to cover the cost of flea wash, extra cleaning and flea bombing the salon.

If your pet comes in with fleas there is a high risk of other pets in the salon catching them and I don't want to be sending dogs home with fleas.

It sucks I have to repost this... but please just give me some notice. No shows/late cancellations mean loss off money for the business. I still have overheads and staff to pay regardless of whether you turn up 🙃

I am usually a very understanding person and very lenient with my cancellation fees but unfortunately moving forward there will be no exceptions.

Less than 24 hours notice WILL incur a 50% service charge fee - this will extend to a 50% service charge fee if you cancel over the weekend for Monday. We are now closed the majority of weekends and as this is mine and my staffs personal time so it's pretty disappointing waking up Monday morning to cancellations and having to scramble to fill the spots so I have income to pay my staff.

Repeat cancellation/no show offenders will also be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking their next appointment.

I'm saddened that it's come to this but I feel I have no other choice.

Thank you everyone for another great year!

December is always the busiest month of the year for us - we groomed a total of 284 dogs this month!!

We are now on break for one and a half weeks and will be back on the 4th 🥰
