the next conference will be on deviding tubers
here will be tipping, ,looking at the clump of dahlias
tuber deviding what not to do
how to get the best results from dividing your tubers
replanting tubers and what i put into the pot to start them off so they are happy for there growing life
the cost will be $110 per person with this you will devide 10 clumps of tubers so by then you will feel safe in deviding your own tubers
it covers 10 tubers of differant verities that you get to take home you will be very impressed with the tubers you get
it will be for 10 people at a time
covers lite morning tea sandwiches scones and tea
so come along and enjoy a fun day

MY METHOD FOR POTS
so soil depends on what you have to start with clay add sand , sand add clay point one
point 2 i start my soil prep a year before planting adding grass clipping leaves coffee grounds and boxes down the ally ways so i dont have to carry soil to the pots each year
point 3 now you can add blood and bone and a hand full of dolomite to the soil but i have not added this since growing in pots for 2 years
point 4 i leave my tubers in the pots through winter were they are
,Come the fist frost I TIP THEN devided and put back in pots ready for next year, The rest i sell Using the soil on the ground I replant
no storage in sheds easy fast and efective we get to minis one does not rot dahlias as you can see
