Rosie the 6 month old Border Collie made a poor decision yesterday when she put her head through a metal pipe and became stuck! Luckily her owner stayed calm and brought her to the clinic where we sedated her and removed the pipe from her neck. Apart from reflecting on her poor choices, she is feeling much better today 🥰

Meet little Charlie that nurse Saskia is holding. Poor little Charlie got into a dog fight. Charlie is only 10 weeks old and went into shock and was treated by Dr Courtney and nurse Saskia and the team. He is a little fighter and after a full day of intensive care he has bounced back and made a full recovery. Saskia was so happy to see him the next day and we were all so glad to see he was back to his bouncy self.

Today is R U Ok Day. We took some time today to stop and check in with each other and eat some cake 🍰
In the veterinary industry there are a lot of emotional pressures on our teams and it's important to ask the question because a conversation could save a life. Life's ups and downs happen to all of us, so chances are someone you know might be struggling. Ask R U OK?

Meet Teddy that came into the clinic as he was experiencing some car sickness when travelling. He was such a good boy sitting for his treats in the consult room. We have sent Teddy home with some medication that will hopefully stop him from feeling sick in the car and he can continue to go travelling with his owners.

Dr Carol was a little bit obsessed with Walter the whippet that came in for vaccination last week. We had to stop her sneaking out the back door and going home with him 😄
