We are really looking forward to the foal that will come from these two 💙 Buckskin Welsh C mare, Mystique has been having dates with Tye over the last couple of days. Mystique is an outside mare (not owned by us) and is the only mare who will be having a foal for 2025 from Tye.

We are giving ourselves a break from breeding for the next year, a much needed opportunity to spend time with our horses. It may not be the way a horse stud operates commercially, but we have always maintained that this isn’t a commercial stud and we aren’t about producing numbers to satisfy the market, we do this for us in particular.

Yes we have produced foals to sell, but if they are right for the stud, like Ashke, Y’Fandes, Kethry and Rani, they stay with us. And these are some of the very best we have produced too! But our goals and our dreams are what come first and foremost!! 💙

Where I feel we are different as well, is that we focus on Sporthorses or cross breeds, not pure bred Connemaras. This is to satisfy our needs and not to continue the pure bred requirements many Connemara studs are looking for. We feel this puts us in a unique position in the market, and our foals really are second to none!

Talia is certainly growing nicely being just about a month now.

Talia is for sale and the first of the pairing to do so!

We have each quickly bonded with an older sister each, and whilst we love this little stunner, we aren’t allowed to bond with her too!!

From all we can study, a pairing of the Connemara and Morgan may not be very common around the world and it is a pity! All three foals from Tye and Foxy are athletic, have upright movement, 3 wonderful paces and a real look at me prescence. Added bonus, they are very intelligent.

Talia is looking for a home in which she will be loved and cared for like a family member. She has an innate sense to bond with her human and be a true companion for life.

Tye and Neil attended the Mt Barker Ag Society Horse Show today

It was a great show, placing in senior handler and registered colour, first in show hunter and any registered breed. Lots of things to work on, mainly getting Tye more exposure so he doesn’t have to announce his presence every 35 seconds.😳🙉 (And possibly an ear plug for the next show to help prevent this headache)
