“Merry Woofmas” to all our Furry Fitness family members and friends!

We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout 2024. We feel so lucky to have spent the year with some of the most gorgeous, loveable (and sometimes a bit cheeky) pups while helping them to keep active and socialised.

As we take this week to enjoy a short break and celebrate Christmas with our families, we’ll also be thinking about what 2025 will bring, and look forward to growing our Furry Fitness pack.

We hope you all have a joyous and happy Christmas and wonderful New E’ars!

Talk about job satisfaction! 🤍💛

How can you not enjoy your job when it involves hanging out with these two cuties!!! Bonnie is an 8yr old Labradoodle and her new sister Sandy, is a 6 month old Labrador X Golden Retriever. We have lots of fun playing, cuddling and dodging puppy licks with Bonnie and Sandy for 30 mins each week to help keep their owners mind at ease while they’re out at work.

In addition to walks, runs and dog park visits, Furry Fitness also offers Companion Visits to give your furry loved one much needed stimulation and companionship so you can focus while at work, or rest easy while out for the day knowing they have a friend close by.

Apparently a white coat is all the rage now! These 4 yr olds pups are the perfect matching duo! The one with the piercing blue eyes is Delilah, a Wolf Hound X and the Staffie X Bull Arab is Jesse.

Jesse was born deaf with hip dysplasia but that doesn’t stop him at all from keeping up on our 45min walks around Berowra Heights!

Furry Fitness love spending time with these two, although we’ve come to learn the bigger the dog, the bigger the kisses! 💦 🐶 😜

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sherman this week, a 7 year old chocolate lab and burly teddy bear with the most gentle soul. His owners had to travel last minute and needed help getting him out for an hour long walk each day. He’s also a neighbour to one of our regular clients, so we appreciate very much the word of mouth recommendation! (you know who you are 😊 thank you!)

If you’re ever in a pinch and need your furry friend walked, fed or have someone come past to check in on them, please reach out and we will do whatever we can to accommodate their needs at short notice! 🐾

Jasper is a 3 yr old Kelpie X and is the most chilled boy you will ever meet, unless you’re holding a soccer ball! ⚽️ 🐕

We recently got to spend a week walking and running Jasper around Berowra Heights for 60 mins twice a day to help out his owner while she recovered from a procedure - the myth is true, Kelpies do need a lot of exercise! 🥵 😂

Meet Manuka, a 10 month old Golden Retriever. As her name suggests, she has the sweetest nature and a golden honey coat! Initially, Manuka’s owner reached out to us for help taking her for daily walks while they recovered from surgery. We were then thrilled to hear that Manuka enjoyed walking with us so much that she will now be joining us on a weekly basis!

Just over the last month and a half we have been walking with Manuka, it has been a pleasure to witness her mature from playful puppy antics to a sassy teenager who struts while on the lead!

No pup is too young or too old for Furry Fitness to take on!

Enjoying a quick pit stop with a view looking west over northern Wahroonga and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. We love exploring the dog friendly fire trails with our favourite German Shepard, Zuke!

Our new friend Chloe of The Heckin Good Bakery has generously gifted us an amazing sample pack of her most loved and requested doggy training treats! We can’t wait to test these out with our furry clients!

We’ve also taste tested the famous Doggolate with our own pups and they have definitely been given the “lick” of approval 🍫 🐶

Not only did we receive these amazing samples from her Natural Chew and Heckin’ Good Collection ranges, she has also custom made some Furry Fitness branded cookies for our pups to enjoy!

It’s so easy to get lost in those beautiful eyes! At 2yrs old, Hank is a loveable ball of ‘teenage’ energy who is still growing into those gorgeous velvety ears! Hank is a grey Weimaraner and is our newest member to join the Furry Fitness ‘pack’. We are so lucky to be spending 45 mins with him twice a week on walks/runs around his local neighbourhood to help out his busy working family.

If you’re finding it hard to give your furry loved one time to get out and about during a busy work week, we can help!

This gentle giant has seriously stolen our hearts 😍 Zuke is a 4 year old German Shepherd, who is deeply loyal, kind hearted and loves his ball! He may be the largest dog to join our Furry Fitness family to date, but that just means there’s more of him to cuddle and love!

Throughout the month of June, we will be spending 60 mins each day with Zuke going on neighbourhood walks, playing fetch at the local dog parks and taking advantage of the nearby dog friendly fire trails to stretch those long legs on a trail run.

If you need some help to keep your furry friend fit and active while you’re away or busy with work, we’d love to hear from you!
