2024 has been absolutely amazing.
Over the past few weeks Shelly and I have truly felt so much love and appreciation.
We honestly have the most amazing pups and people to thank.
Thank you for your support, kind words and most of all, thank you for choosing us and trusting us with your gorgeous kids.
From our family to yours, have a wonderful Christmas and safe and Happy New Year.

We are now closed for a well earned break. Shelly will be back on the 6th of January, and I'll be back on the 13th.
If you need to move any appointments, please message me through Facebook. We are now booked until early February.

🎉To celebrate 4 Dogs Grooming Studio Mt Cotton turning 3 in January, every VIP pup booked in throughout December 2024 and January 2025 will go into the draw to win their next prebooked appointment FREE.
VIP must be prebooked every 3-8 weeks for the entire year of 2025. (cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies)
Tomorrow is our last day of trade for the year and January next year is fully booked.
We are taking appointments from February 2025. 🐾🫧

All of Santa's little heplers are ready for the big day.
We only have 1 week left until we close for Christmas.

We will reopen January 6th.

Please remember to keep an eye on your appointment date and time. Sadly we've lost over $1000 of income in the past 2 months due to last minute cancellations and no shows.
We'd like to thank those who have honoured our cancellation policy, we appreciate you.

If something comes up and you can't make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, as there are lots of pups on our waiting list.

As you all know, December is our busiest time of year and we don't always get time to give a courtesy call.
If you make an appointment with us, we will be here on the day and time you made the appointment.
Please do the same.

4 weeks left until Christmas!!
Where did 2024 go? They say time flies when you're having fun, but this is crazy. This year must have been pretty amazing.
All of your beautiful boys and girls have been good this year, Santa is very impressed.

Oh my! This week was full of undercoat desheds.
Honestly one of our favourite services to do, so satisfying watching all the floof fly off the pups.
We have a limited number of appointments left for 2024 and January next year filling up quickly. Don't forget to rebook your Pup's appointments.

Remember, if you perbook every 8 weeks or less for the whole year, you will receive $10 off full groom appointments.

Douglas wants to let you all know that we have some appointments left for tomorrow and next week.
There are a limited number of medium and large dog spots, but get in touch and we can see what we can do.
We have had a last minute shuffle of appointments and have more availability. 🐾🫧💕

Can you believe that Halloween is over and the Christmas season is upon us!
There are only 7 weeks until Christmas.
Remember that this is our busiest time of year.
If you have an appointment, please arrive at your allocated time.
Take your dog for a good walk before drop off and please please please wait for a call from us to collect before you arrive.
We allow 15 minutes for pick-up after our phone call, as we will need to start our next appointment.
Late fees will apply. For those who live a little further away, or have plans after drop off, we can call 20 minutes before finishing time, or let us know a couple of days ahead of your appointment, so we can arrange a pick up time.
Late pick-ups, drop offs and early drop offs and pick-ups interrupt our services and make it harder to complete our job safely.
Please be patient and remember, we are working with live animals and sometimes we run behind.
We love our job and all our beautiful clients, our priority is working at their pace as safely as possible.
