Hi everyone, the last 2 years have been quite a wild ride from quitting my full time job driving trucks to jumping in the deep end and building a thriving trimming business. I'm pleased to say that I still love what I do 🙂 and I'm still wanting to learn more.

I started out with clientele within a 1hr radius of home to now having clientele all the way up in Mildura and surrounding areas. Over the last 2 years I haven't put posts up like this because I'm quite happy to let my work speak for itself and because I've been incredibly busy.

All that being said I feel like I'm in a comfortable position to start taking on more clients, the Mildura run still has a few spots available on a regular 6 week cycle. And to my local area's (Woodend, Macedon, Riddles Creek, Gisborne South, Sunbury, Toolern Vale, Gordon, Melton, Werribee South, Little River, Lara, Lovely Banks, Bannockburn, Mount Duneed, Leopold and nearby area's) I'm quite happy to make extra runs of at least 10 horse's per run.

Hi everyone, recently I got invited to travel to Mildura to trim horse's. I'm happy to say that I made the long trip.
I met some really nice people and some really nice horse's.
The weather even turned up the heat a bit, too much to be honest 😀 I'm happy to say I managed to get everyone done before the thunderstorm rolled in.
A big thanks to Carmen Gibson and the ladies that allowed me to trim their horse's 😊🐎

The next trip will be January the 9th-11th depending on numbers. To ensure that your horse's are booked in please message me directly.

Hi everyone, with the restructuring of runs and making the runs more efficient I've found that I'm able to take on more clients for Trims in the following areas, Gisborne-Romsey, Sunbury-Melton, Werribee, Geelong Eastern-Western Suburbs and nearby area's.

I'm happy to travel further out if there's enough numbers for a regular run of no longer than 6 weeks apart, this is for the horse's benefit and rebookings will be done on the day for your piece of mind.

We are a small business based in Mount Cottrell, Victoria, with a great crew of horses, offering above-award wages, an easy-going environment, and flexible hours to suit the right applicants.

The role has the usual poo-picking and feeding aspect, mixed in with working & training horses, property maintenance and helping with school holiday programme lessons.

Clinic ideas for the summer holidays!

While our regular term lesson programme is on break through January, we will be running clinics here at TNT, perfect for nervous/green riders and their horses wanting to get out and about for the first time (or second, or third!)

I have a few ideas, but wanted to throw it out to you, the local horse riders.
So here is what I'm thinking:

Nervous riders day: small numbers, split into 2 groups, with ground work in the morning and riding in the afternoon working primarily on relaxation, mindset and building confidence in both handlers/riders and horses, with no pressure.

Pole clinic: Morning and afternoon sessions introducing pole work for muscle engagement, body awareness, rhythm and coordination. No jumping experience required, exercises mostly done in walk and trot.

Introduction to dressage test riding: Am and pm sessions focussing on arena craft, etiquette, and preparing for your first competition through training and planning.

Other: If you have an idea that you would like to put forward, pop it in the comments. If there is enough interest, we can add it to the list!!

A little about me: I am no professional, top level rider! I work with horses for the pure pleasure of being with these amazing animals and absolutely LOVE sharing knowledge and celebrating wins with my clients. I myself am a nervous rider and so I know how daunting taking your horse out can be. I am a qualified, experienced and insured coach who thrives on seeing clients reach goals and hit milestones.

These clinics will be designed to provide a supportive, inclusive and friendly environment to get out, enjoy your equine partner and meet like-minded people.

Yards, wash bay, mounting blocks, kitchen and bathroom facilities all available.
