🐾 Meet the Staff Caring for Your Dogs! 🐾

This week, let’s introduce Connie! 🩵

“My first word was ‘dog’ (something my Mum still hasn’t forgiven me for!), so it felt like kismet that I would eventually work with dogs. It’s been an absolute joy working at The Doggy Den. It’s impossible to be in a bad mood when you have groups of dogs super excited to see you every shift!”

Favorite part of the job: Oh, that’s a hard one! I love being able to help shy/nervous dogs come out of their shell. To see them interact and play with other dogs with confidence is very rewarding 🥰

Favorite dog breed: I have a whippet at home, so I have a soft spot for sighthounds. Honestly though, if it’s a dog I’ll love it 🐾

If I were a dog breed: I’d be a whippet. Sleep all day with the occasional break for food, sun baking and zoomies? Sounds good to me! 💤

Life outside The Doggy Den: When I’m not taking my own dog for a walk or for a play with his dog friends, I’m either at home reading a good book or watching a movie/TV show, or hanging out with friends📚
