This short video is just a small piece of a puzzle putting little Roxy's life back together. This is my passion, helping dogs who through natural instinctive choices end up in a confusing space feeling unsafe around other dogs. Often people mistakenly think positive reinforcement is all about treats. Dogs reacting at other dogs if they feel nervous is what we call positive punishment to the other dog warning it to keep a safe distance. To our reactive dog the outcome is positive reinforcement helping them learn that is how they deal with feeling nervous. This is how poor Roxy became highly reactive ending up in fights with her housemates. There are other related relationship issues that also contribute. I don't give up on a dog and will work with and help you get back to a calm home and dog.
