Prince Brinky had his first dressage competition last Sunday where he won both of his classes!! This milestone has only been made possible by our generous supporters who have provided essential funding to his long hoof recovery journey.

We're so proud of how far he has come & cannot wait to see what he achieves next!

Weekend recap! 🐴💚

On Saturday, we had a team-building day with one of our generous sponsors Imagine Holidays AUS ! Huge thanks to our dedicated volunteers, Ami and Zoe, for helping Jo get our horse trailer s***k and span! 🐴✨

On Thursday, we had the privilege of taking Duke to St. Vincent’s Aged Care Home, and the experience was nothing short of magical. 🐴✨

Seeing the smiles on the residents faces as they connected with him was a beautiful reminder of the joy animals bring into our lives.

From gentle nuzzles to soft pats, every moment was filled with so much love. We're grateful to be part of such special memories and can’t wait to share more pictures with you all. Thank you for supporting our mission to spread joy and healing through our incredible horses!

*Duke is not an ex-racehorse but he plays a pivotal role at LWH in bridging the transition, especially in riding, to our ex-racehorses. His smaller size and super cool attitude in any situation made him the perfect companion for this special day ❤️

We had a wonderful day on Monday with our kid's camp! ☀️🐴💚

Ducky was the perfect teacher for the kids who learnt how to approach a horse safely, brushing, riding basics and even how to get Ducky to smile with a carrot! 🥕

Our next week camp is now full! Stay tuned for our summer kid's camp!

We are very lucky to have an organisation in South East Queensland known as “Life with Horses”.
