Here are two of our polled Minlacowie Zanzibar sons aged 16 months in the sun today. Both very happy and quiet. The outstanding 1403 bull is likely to head to the CQ Invitational droughtmaster bull sale in October at CQLX, with a handful of our absolute best. Most of the other good bulls like 1406, the second bull, will be sold at our open day in August, just 4 months away, and all the other males will be sold as steers in the next few months. The CQ Invitational sale is the Droughtmaster sale that offers bulls with scale. We will have value for money top Stud Sires on offer again this year and a good cross section of cattleman’s bulls suited to producing stock for all markets. Bulls with a good constitution and importantly, longevity.

We will be selling around 60 bulls again this year at CQLX Gracemere, Monday the 20th of October.

Our Parawanga cattle truck is now for sale.
CANTER FE615 2013 model only done 224,370 km. Now in almost new condition after new tyres, windscreen, turbo, radiator clean and rehose, sandblast and paint, new cylinder head and fully detailed. It's drives beautifully, and comes with bullbar, toolbox and dogbox and a 4 metre Biggenden Engineering steel crate. Asking $50,000 which is half the new price, so it won't last long.

IMF 7%. !!!!!! This sleek-coated polled bull with smooth lines is a son of Calaanah Eggnog, the sire of the top-priced female at the FAB sale. He has been rested and fed after one season and would make a valuable addition to any herd. We have three other Eggnog sons aged two, and several of the yearlings as well in amongst a group of about 40 young bulls at KENMAY which are available for inspection any time by arrangement, all at reasonable prices. Top priced droughtmaster heifer of the 2025 FAB sale was Parawanga Eimeo 4, aged 15 months, by Calaanah Eggnog over a Billabong Vaughn daughter. She sold to Shane and Sarah Hauschildt of View Field droughtmasters for $5,500. We wish you all the best with your breeding program.

Sale day today for our lot 608 droughtmaster bull at FAB. He might be the longest bull in the sale. Lots 562, 563, 564 are our 15 month old polled heifers and bulls 605 to 609.

Droughtmaster polled Parawanga stud heifers heading up to FAB sale today. Lots 562 to 564. First quality types aged 15 months cycling and full of follicles on scanning. They will be good buying at FAB, which is primarily just a bull sale.

Parawanga Tweed (HP) is for sale from the paddock, as a used sire from our stud herd. A typical clean-coated polled Calaanah Eggnog son, he had the highest IMF score of his group at 7%, with scrotal circ of 41 and EMA 132 at two years. He is just 3 years old now, and vet checked again, ready to start in a new herd.

How long and strong can a bull get? FAB sale lot 608 is Parawanga Manumbar 1287 (HP) aged two in the photo. He is a scurred son of Parawanga Waverley, the sire of Parawanga Watego. He is out of a Billabong Vaughn daughter. Manumbar shows the same smooth, thick muscle and correctness of conformation along with a quiet and carefree nature, good bone, legs and feet and good underneath. Age 28 months. Scrotal 36 cm, semen motility 70%, EMA 132 fats 12/9, IMF the highest in our group at 5.1%, weighing in at nearly 900 kg. Inspecting this bull is a must.
