*Rehoming*
Cooper the 10 month old Labrador has come back from Tasmania where he was not suitable for his assistance dog placement and is now looking for a family home.
Cooper is microchipped, up to date with his vaccinations and his adoption fee includes desexing. He has been raised in a family setting with children (aged 6 & 11) and loves to play with dogs of all breeds and sizes. He is crate trained, walks well on lead, travels quietly in the car and rests quietly at home when not on adventures with us.

And that’s a summer school holiday wrap! 🎉

From Toy Poodles to Great Danes I think the dogs did their absolute best to have even better holidays than their families over the last ten weeks.

We loved watching them make the most of every farm day. Swimming, running, exploring and enjoying all the space with their friends. Everyone was perfectly behaved and an absolutely joy to have with us.
They also win awards for best naps and sleeping through every night at the farmhouse (not surprised with all the playing)

It’s going to be one of our first hot days of Spring/Summer ☀️

As we start moving into warmer weather we start prioritising lots of fast paced exercise in the cool mornings so the pups are tired, relaxed and happy to rest during the heat of the day before we start racing around again once the day cools off.

Think a swim at the river this afternoon also sounds like a very good plan!

ALFIE:
Curly king of mud puddles & farm activity specialist

Alfie joined us at the farm for a month stay and did his absolute best to have a better holiday than his family everyday.

He is one of the those dogs that wakes up every morning and makes the most of everything the farm had to offer all the way to bedtime: sprinting with his friends, playing with toys and giving everything 110% (including coating himself in mud) all the while inviting any friend he could to join him in the fun.

Luckily for us he also adores swimming so that certainly helped with cleaning him up each day! 🐖 🐾

NATURE PLAY 🍃
This particular spot by the river provides rocks, logs and water crossings to navigate for both the kids and dogs while they explore and play together. This strengthens both their bodies and minds as they build their self-confidence to move with agility, balance and coordination all while problem solving as each new area changes.

My job is to supervise quietly in the background while letting them test their own limits safely. I find this type of play makes for very calm, happy and regulated wildlings .. regardless if they have fur or not 🐾 👦🏼 👧🏼

Lover of adventures, sunbathing and scratchy spot brushing

Bronte is 15 years old and heading home after a big three month holiday with us. She is one of our beloved nana dogs that join us at the farm. She is hard of hearing, a little wobbly and her eyesight is not the best but none of that stops her from heading off on grand adventures - often in the wrong direction with her favourite nana friend Moo.

We keep a close eye on our older dogs and gently guide them back to their favourite nap spots in the sun or by the fire when it’s time to have a rest.

Here’s to the older pups keeping us laughing and on our toes with their antics and love of adventures even in their golden years.

PEPPER:
Snuggly and sweet natured flirt with total model potential.

Pepper is so many kinds of gorgeous. All those pretty colours, silky coat and little bunny tail rolled into one very sweet pup who loves to pose for the camera.

Was an absolute pleasure to look after her and I know a few of the boy dogs will be absolutely heartbroken 💔 she has headed home without them.
