A magnificent and iconic 1700 acre estate, in Mulgoa (just south of Penrith), NSW. Built in the 1830s, the Fernhill sandstone mansion and surrounds certainly make it one of the grandest of Australia’s leading country estates. Fernhill is a premier equestrian facility that has been home to many of Australia's champion horses, both in racing and showjumping. From training and coaching through to our

stunning agistment services, Fernhill is the home from where you can realise your equestrian goals. The property is located on one of the first land grants in the area, issued in 1810 by Governor Macquarie to Colonial Magistrate William Cox. In the pioneering years of early Australia, the Cox family had a major influence over the settlement and development of Western Sydney, including construction of the access road to the Blue Mountains.
