We have 9 different designs to chose from including Aussie animals, Minecraft, fairy bread! (My personal favorite) and of course, Doggos!! 🐕

They are now available at our reception desk or if you wish to purchase online via QR code (please message which prints you would like) I can drop off!

Bandannas will be available to purchase online with a QR code (which I can then deliver to you in person or via or post) or in person at our reception desk at Cassowary Coast Boarding Kennels.

Cyclone Jasper is currently predicted to hit VERY close to home here. We are URGING our incoming guests for the next few weeks to HAVE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT!

This contact MUST be able to collect your pet in the event that Jasper hits us.

Our facility while built to cyclone standards, it is very open and will NOT be safe for your pet to be in during a severe storm like this.

I currently do not have a contingency plan (despite my efforts) and I would not be able to bring them into my own home as we already have MULTIPLE pets of our own that will need to come inside.

Unfortunately I am seriously considering cancelling bookings for those who cannot provide an emergency contact as it is unsafe for your pet to be left with us should Jasper hit.

We care about your pet's safety 💛

CYCLONE SEASON IS APPROACHING!

We don't want to scare anyone but it is very important that if you're planning to board your pets with us during the summer months that we have a contact in the area who is able to collect your pet/s in the event of a cyclone.

While our facility is strong it is not equipped to house animals during a major storm (should we have to face one). So we are urging every pet to have a secondary contact organised and ready!

It's a scary thought being away from your pet, let along during a cyclone. Help us protect your pet with a capable secondary contact!!

September is COMPLETLEY booked out! While I would LOVE to take every pet. I'm unfortunately booked out until about mid October!

Also a reminder that while I am booked out for Christmas already, for those booked in for December I will be confirming all December bookings on November 1st. For any potential cancellations I am still welcoming "waitlist" bookings. (Although this is also quite long already).

As always, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience as I know boarding facilities are limited in our area.

Hi all! Hope everyone had a safe school holidays and a great first week back!

A few small changes are being made 💛 nothing too major!

• Weekend opening hours will be shortening a bit. New hours will be from 10am to 2pm (appointments can still be made outside these hours, providing a specific time is booked with me prior)

• Weekday times are staying the same!! I'm just requiring appointments for drop ins... This is for everything!

Whether you're;
- Looking at booking an appointment in person
- Pre-booking tours of our facility
- Dropping off or picking up your pets

A booking via phone call, text or email will be required to guarantee I will be available.

This is a one person operation unfortunately, it's just myself running things. As a parent I unfortunately have children 🤣 and with children come many appointments. Meaning I cannot wait for potential drop bys all day, sadly this seems to happen everytime I have an appointment.

I apologise for any inconvenience! I will still try my best to accommodate my customers as much as possible!

I hope this made sense!
