Attention Campers

I know it is easy to miss things in the chaos of packing up but please if you could double check for any rubbish left behind it would be much appreciated! Our concern is chocking hazard for animals and fire hazard accumulation for dry season plus it just doesn’t look great. The last couple of weeks has been especially bad for toilet paper.

A huge thank you to all that already leave our home spotless you are very much appreciated 😊

Our most secluded campsite surrounded by bushland. Set back from the dam with no other campers in sight. Enjoy nature with the local wildlife kookaburras, possums and wallabies.

Plenty to do Catch-release fishing, throw in a redclaw pot and hunt for mussels. Bush walks, star gazing and marshmallow roasting. Come down in the afternoons for Farm Animal Feeding (booking required) to meet our very friendly animals.🐪🐃🐖🐑🐓🦚🐂🐣🦆🐴🐕

Thank you for all of the support! All the wonderful comments has been eye opening. The positivity far out ways the negativity, unfortunately the negativity has the biggest impact. We have decided to still offer Animal Feeding for campers (bookings essential). We may reopen Farm Animal Feeding to public in the future but that will not be for a month or so and it may require a slightly different format. We will see.

All from our purebred pens!
Breeds are Araucana for blue eggs, Maran for dark brown, Barnevelder are the golden speckled, Brahma is the pinkish. Bantam Orpington, Brahma and Cochin for the light cream.

So good to see! Grooming means acceptance. Took Bess awhile to accept this show of affection from Flash after the loss of our stallion.

Panic stations! The feed truck hasn’t arrived yet so we will eat the phone instead apparently 🙄🤦‍♀️

Expressions of Interest Easter Chick Hunt at the farm🐥 We need help rounding up all the Easter Chicks! Find the toy chicks and the Easter Bunny will reward us with a basket of chocolate eggs each. $20 per child including feeding the farm animals. Let me know in the comments if interested and I will talk to the Easter Bunny to organise it! 🥳

The camels are shedding, have a look at it all on the ground 😱. They all loved the grooming especially Cinnamon. She didn’t want me to stop, my little shadow 🥰

Fire across the way from us our farm is safe but others are fighting to protect their farms. Helicopter filled up from our dam. The worry is that the fire may have been deliberately lit as another fire is close by started near the same time.
