We would like to welcome Sophie and Tanisha to the Ngalla Family! In recent months we have been showing not only our Havanese and Australian Shepherds, but also 2 amazing Bearded Collies and these two girls are joining us to help with our amazing family!

Sophie who shows Hungarian Vizlas and Chihuahuas will now be joining Group 5 and will be showing BIS CH A20CH Edinglen Beyond The Looking Glass aka ‘Alice' (Bearded Collie) and Tanisha who is new to the show scene will be showing Edinglen Place Your Bets aka Betty (Bearded Collie) and Kaasha Pocket Full Of Sunshine aka Kenzie (Australian Shepherd).

Our beautiful girl Roxy had a massive day yesterday, giving birth via c section to 11 amazing puppies. All 9 boys and 2 girls are happy, safe and mum is doing amazingly well. Thank you to the team at Seeymour Central Vets for the care of Roxy and for all the messages from our Ngalla family. We look forward to bringing you updates over the coming weeks ❤️💙🤍

We still have a few puppies available from this large litter so if you, or a friend is looking for a new best friend, please message us so we can talk.

So very pleased to say Majik Am Gr Ch Br & Aust Ch Happy Paws Always Majik at Ngalla (imp USA) was runner up in group last weekend at Colac.

Considering we've only shown him twice, we were thrilled at the result and the judge was very complimentary on his breed type, elastic gait, and head! We are looking forward to showing Majik again this weekend at the Dogs Victoria Autumn Extravaganza.

In August '23, Kim (our handler) asked why we were not showing Pippin. After some discussion, we agreed and her first cluster of shows would be the test. With a goal of 30 points for that cluster, she got 34 and we were thrilled at how she responded.

Today, just 8 months later and always in good company Pippin obtained her Australian Champion title (DogsVic pending) at the tender age of 10 years & 2 months old! Thanks to Kimberly Lauretta Raven for handling her so beautifully and to all the judges who saw her qualities.

We were so proud of Betty Boop ~ Edinglen Place Your Bets (AI) at the Colac Ladies and Colac Kennel Club Inc Shows on the weekend. She took out Baby Puppy of Group and was an amazing star all weekend as we showed many of our gorgeous dogs. Many thanks to the Judge (Mrs C Doherty - Qld) for awarding her.

Here at Ngalla, we know how important it is to have amazing humans work with our beautiful dogs, here in Australia and even before they arrive to us!

We are super proud of our Canadian handlers - Elika Davies who handled Johnny before he came to Australia to a long list of wins and Cheyenne Hamilton who handled Kobalt at his first show recently where he took out Baby Puppy in Group and who is yet to leave Canada.

The girls recently competed at the Red Deer and District Kennel Club Show in Canada where Cheyenne won first in the Senior Open Handler Class and Reserve Junior Overall while Elika came second in the Senior Open Class.

Well done girls, we are grateful to have such amazing support for the Ngalla breeding program, with handlers that are just perfect for our team of boys and we love the recognition the handlers get in the international competitions!

Our boy Koda 'EllouraPark U Can Do Majik' travelled over to Dogfest Mt Gambier - Mount City and District Kennel Club shows over Easter.

Koda picked up 5 Baby Puppy of Breed and 3 Baby Puppy in Groups, making it an amazingly successful weekend for Koda and his breeder Caz of Elloura Park Havanese . Thank you Caz for showing and presenting him so beautifully once again and we can't wait to see him shine again this weekend at Wangaratta Show!

What an incredible weekend of shows for the Ngalla Family! We visited Melbourne for the Dogs Victoria Easter Shows and all of our dogs showed magnificently! Back in town - our boy Johnny 'Aust Ch Can GrChBr Turbar All Of Me' and Wild Child Pippin 'Ngalla Too Darn Hot' both looked amazing and were handled beautifully by Kimberly Lauretta Raven and our new girl Betty Boop "Edinglen Place Your Bets (AI) at her first show weekend showed like a dream and was expertly handled by Kimberly also.

We want to send a special thank-you to Catherine Raven for stepping in and showing Majik 'Aust Ch AmGrChBr Happy Paws Always Majik At Ngalla (Imp USA)' where she won Dog Challenge and runner up in Best Of Breed!... and for running an action packed weekend of shows at KCC Park.

Well it's time to introduce this little fellow who is joining the Ngalla family this year.

'Turbar Next Generation Tough aka Kobalt'.

Kobalt headed to his first show in Canada where he was awarded Best Baby Puppy in Group.

Many thanks to his handler Cheyenne Hamilton for handling him so professionally. I would also like to thank his amazing breeder Richelle Nelson-Turbar Aussies for sending another Turbar Aussie down-under. We look forward to sharing updates as they come throughout the year and beyond.
