Morning all. I have been missing in action since October last year due to a farm accident involving myself. I was accidentally hit by the person reversing the buggy which resulted in a badly crushed foot which required surgery. I am finally out of plasta and moonboot but still very painful to walk. Poor Kerry was not only working full time but also looking after dogs and myself so double kudos to her.
5weeks ago we welcomed 5 beautiful Aussie babies into the world with 3red tris, 1 black tri and 2 red merles (4boys and 2girls)
All puppies are doing great and about to be introduced outside on the weekend

Christmas is just around the corner, so is a perfect time while family is all at home to introduce a beautiful new family member! Ngalla has not one but 2 adorable Havanese that are looking for their forever homes.

Firstly we have Ngalla Majik Carpet Ride AKA Tyson. Born 10/8/24 he is now 12 weeks old, has had all of his vet checks, vaccinations and is a bundle of pure joy. His white chest and boots accent his adorable colouring and is full of life and ready to cuddle and play with the whole family.

Our second pup is the same age and from the same litter. Ngalla Little Majik Glasses AKA Missy. Missy is perfectly ladylike and loves cuddles and also has had all of her vet checks and vaccinations. She is a calm and adorable little girl and has been lead trained and knows how to use a dog door flap. Missy is ready to find her forever family.

Please be mindful the snakes are out and about and they are everywhere!
If you know or suspect your pet has been bitten by a snake or your pet is showing any of the following symptoms, please contact your closest clinic straight away! Symptoms can be immediate or delayed for 24-48hrs, therefore urgent care is essential for your pet.
Symptoms include:
- Collapse followed by apparent recovery
- Lethargic or tired
- Muscle tremors, shaking and reduced eye blinking
- Dilated pupils
- Suddenly weak or wobbly
- Complete or partial paralysis - unable to use legs
- Unable to control bladder and bowels
- Diarrhoea
- Bleeding from the nose or mouth
- Discoloured, dark urine
- Difficulty breathing

Today was a big day at the Ngalla homestead, as 3 pups have met their new families and flown the nest! Introducing the pups to their new families was an absolute joy, but saying goodbye was, as always an extremely hard thing to do. We can’t wait to see our gorgeous pups explore and discover their new homes, families and watch the next chapter in their lives with their beautiful new families. 🥰 🐾

Our hearts are broken. Today our beloved girl Amelia "Cedarhills All Around The World" (IMP USA) passed away.

She was the most lovely, kind hearted girl you could ever meet. From the day she left America until the day we busted her out of quarantine everyone that had something to do with her in her travels loved her.

Amelia, Milly, Milly Moo may you R.I.P we will see you on the other side when we get there babygirl in the meanwhile catch up with Dragon and the rest of the tribe they will be waiting.

You will be remembered in your lovely babies that you have left behind for us, Lyric, Suki who is owned by son Timb Thrillho and Daisy owned by Lozy Horner and Tim Horner.

Thank you so so much to Cedar Hill Aussies for entrusting this special girl with us I cannot express how greatful we are to you.

Congratulations to Sophie who headed to Kerang Dog Show (Sunday and Monday) with her new Aussie Puppie "Louie"

Louie was awarded Baby Puppy In Group on Sunday and Monday under Judge Ms Elizabeth Hindkley (ACT) and Mrs Michel Glover.

Thank you also to Tanisha Drier who did an amazing job handling Poppy ❤️

Today we had to give our beautiful Atti " Tillsun All Attitude" her wings 🪽. She was bred by Karen Sherlock and owned and loved by Vicki and Kerry at Ngalla Australian Shepherds.

Atti was 14yrs old and had a personality that gained her many nicknames… many we won’t mention but one she got alot was ‘Scatty Atti’.

She thought coming in at night time meant she must do 10 laps before heading to her bed. If she saw gate open; well that meant she could go for a run around the property with us in tow.

Last night Atti fell ill with suspected stroke and was admitted to hospital and unfortunately she took a turn and had a nasty seizure this morning.

May you RIP darling girl you can now run free with your beautul son Dragon "Tillsun Dragon Heart". Thank you for your love and loyalty ❤️🪽❤️🪽

UPDATE!! Tex is now sold and is heading to a lovely family home in Tasmania. Thank you to everyone that shared, liked and helped Tex find his forever home ❤️💙❤️💙

Tex, son of Aust Ch and Can GrCh Br Turbar All Of Me aka Johnny is 6 months and after an extended stay with us is ready to find a forever home he can call his own.

Tex is a black-tri boy, and is lead trained, crate trained and has been raised indoors with other dogs and cats. He has a beautiful and spirited personality and would suit either a family or single person home.

As we have kept him longer than we intend, he is now not only perfectly mannered and trained but is heavily discounted and if you are interested to know more, please contact Vicki on 0466 650 596.

This time last year we went and busted Johnny Aust Ch Can GrCh Bronze out of quarantine.

In the twelve months he has gained his title with Kimberly Lauretta Raven at the lead. Went to Perth to Jeni Sach and the Kaasha show team.

He has also sired his first litter and now we are waiting on DNA to see how many puppies are his from his second litter

We will now work on getting him accredited as a therapy dog for myself.
Thanka to his breeder Richelle Nelson-Turbar Aussies and Nancy Barton for allowing him to come all the way to Australia.
