Love this selfie from yesterday - to the left is my coach, Sandra Pearson-Adams, the person who I consider to be one of the greatest horsewoman of the century, and to the centre is Joan Peachey, Sandra’s long time student who owns and runs the succeessful Northern Rivers Equestrian Centre. So wonderful to enjoy horsey company over Christmas lunch at Sandra’s beautiful property 💕

Sunday Classes 10:00-11:00am - from 21st July
Tuesday Classes 10:00-11:00am – from 23rd July

Just back from Melbourne after a week of Feldenkrais training - our last residential before we graduate after 3 plus years of training next February. Beautiful country venue, excellent course, supportive colleagues, and steep learning curve😅. Had a great flight home - how beautiful is Coffs Harbour? 💕

Our farm studio beckons! We have 2 Feldenkrais courses for horse riders coming up:
1. Intro course on Saturdays, starting Mar 9th
2. Zen & Horseback Riding starting Mar 12th

Upcoming Feldenkrais course for horse riders!

Based on Tom Nagel’s ‘Zen & Horseback Riding’, 6 weekly Awareness Through Movement classes will explore the book’s key concepts in our studio at Nana Glen.

Be present in the moment and learn to enjoy the process of growing with your horse.

Tuesdays from 12 Mar- 16 Apr, 10:00-11:00am at Nana Glen. $180 per participant.
