A friendly reminder; this gorgeous little business is my sole income. I so heavily rely on all of you to continue providing this service to the best of my abilities. Unfortunately, a lot of people seem to take advantage of my flexibility and kindness by cancelling at the last minute, not showing up, and simply not communicating with me at all. It's so incredibly disheartening. Unfortunately, this will only increase how strict I have to be in regards to this, which I hate. Please don't be scared to speak to me, I'm incredibly understanding to life's circumstances!
