The Brisbane Boarding Kennels and Cattery is a first class boarding kennel and cattery located at 305 Boundary Road, Narangba, QLD 4505. Our aim is to provide the best possible care for your pet at a competitive price. We do this by striving to make their stay as fun as possible. Pet safety and wellbeing is our priority. The boarding kennel and catte

ry has been in operation since 1964 and continues to offer safe, secure housing for your pets. The complex boasts one play yard for every three kennels, so all dogs have a minimum of four hours play per day as part of the normal accommodation charge. The complex has recently undergone considerable refurbishment, allowing us to now offer a range of enrichment activities to enhance the quality of your pets stay. Full inspection of our boarding kennel and cattery facilities are welcome between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on all working days, excluding Wednesday and Saturday and Public Holidays. Boarding kennel and cattery inspection will include; housing options, enrichment activities and dietary and medication requirements. We take pride in providing for pets that require special dietary requirements and medication at no extra cost to you. Yes, you are welcome to bring your pets special bedding and toys. We won’t guarantee that you will get them back in the same condition, but they will have them with them in their unit. The Brisbane Boarding Kennels and Cattery is proud to be a member of the Association of Pet Boarding and Grooming (APBG).

Important Update: Cyclone Preparedness & Pet Boarding Availability

Dear Customers,
As the cyclone approaches Brisbane later this week, we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and have emergency protocols to ensure the safety of all pets in our care.

We will close our daycare from Tuesday, 4th March at 5pm, until Monday 10th March.

We are still accepting pets for boarding, and our team is fully prepared to provide the highest level of care during this time. However, the safety of both pets and people remains our top priority. We strongly recommend rescheduling any non-essential trips and travel plans where possible. Alternatively, we do ask that an emergency contact is on file and is someone who may be available to pick-up your pet in the case of an evacuation. Our first point of contact will always be our customers.

Please rest assured that our facilities are unlikely to be affected by flash flooding however roads around the area may become flooded and cause the inability to pick-up or drop-off your pet.

If you have an upcoming booking and need to make changes, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and will do our best to accommodate any adjustments.
