Listening to the heavy rain all night long last night I was worries I'd have to cancel todays Holiday Program but I'm SO glad I didn't! Most of the rain fell while we were under shelter. Phew! 👏🥳
Another successful day of riding, learning, sharing and growing! Every rider had something different to work on and every single rider made improvements!
The unmounted sessions included high jump, horse drawing, plaiting, bandaging, discussions of different types of boots and playing with studs!
The riding sessions consisted of improving the flatwork using poles, jumping (ofcourse) and pony swaps! I think every rider had more appreciation for their own ponies after realising how different an unfamiliar horse can be!
That concludes the School Holiday Programs until next time!
