Heartbroken, we will forever miss her excitedly noisy greetings, her sporadic drop & rolls in the grass, and her big happy whippet smile.

Grover • Gentle, wise, and wilful Whippet x Bull Arab with a big happy face and the kindest eyes 🩵
Grover knows what he likes & dislikes, and he doesn’t care to entertain otherwise. He is the boss of his woof walks, insistently directing us the route he would like to walk and refusing any directive suggestion we might offer. Grover is also known to sit stubbornly on the corner of his street, post-walk, ignoring the fact that the walk is over and it is time to go back home.
Behind Grover’s strong-willed nature is a warmth and kindness that sparkles in his beautiful brown eyes ✨

Lettie • Sweet as sugar, fluffy white good girl whose eyelashes are so long they blow in the breeze (& look gorgeous in boomerangs!) 🤍
Lettie girl is the stereotypical pampered white fluffy dog who is doted on by her elderly mum, and whose best friend is her sweet cat brother, Georgey. Her social life is buzzing with walks, park hangs, & sleepovers, she has more friends than I do, and she spends every second Friday at the salon! 🎀
If there is one thing that threatens Lettie’s harmonious existence though, it’s prickles. Lettie HATES prickles. She knows which lawns in her neighbourhood are prickle prone and does not mess about with them. On the approach, she walks along the gutter edge, total tightrope style, while Halen points at her yelling ‘balancinggg!’

Willow & Winston • Inseparable, quirky, sniffy, snuggly whippet duo, collectively known as ‘The W’s’.
These two sleek little sweeties are the sniffing king & queen of the pack. All walk every walk they are nose to the pavement in zig zag form, pulling me wherever the sniffs lead them. Total beagle vibes. If you’ve ever tossed the end of your hotdog or the last bite of your pie from Harry’s Cafe De Wheels onto Wharf Road, there’s a high chance it’s become the source of a battle between myself & the W’s!
The W’s favourite guilty pleasure is snuggling up all cosy together on the same little round bed, like there aren’t 2 identical little round beds side by side & it’s not a 36 degree day. I can confirm, though, that Winston definitely doesn’t mind a cheeky solo sprawl on Mum’s beautiful brown leather sofa 🤭 (shhh)
WOOF WOOF TO FRIDAYS!! 🐾
Hank & Hayley • Big little sister and little big brother combo who are worlds apart in personality and size.
Hayley girl has fierce passion for lizard hunting, which has us on edge & praying that all the lizards along our bushy walk can sense the predator is coming and activate survival mode. But despite being a stone cold lizard killer, Hayley has a big sweet heart that just wants to find some Friday friends while we’re out tormenting the lizards. Her big, round head with her happy tongue hanging out perks up in all directions looking for a potential mate to throw her weight around with 🫶🏼
Hank on the other hand is a very serious, cautious type of guy. He wouldn’t dare take treats from a stranger and no way can you pat his little sausage body! Hanky boy views the world on the other side of his fence with one eyebrow raised and from a very suspicious lens. But you know what? Me too. 🤨

Frankie • Dainty, delicate doll dog with fluffy puffy cheeks | aka the petite, pocket-sized princess of the pack 👑
Frankie girl likes to spend her half hour woof walks channelling her inner princess, which we fully encourage & adore. When we hit the neighbourhood park, she effortlessly indulges herself in some regal lounging under the shade while we feed her tiny treats and take cute pics of her for the gram 🎀
Frankie’s sweet, bright, heart-popping smile & smiley eyes always lets us know how elated she is to be out at the park with her buddies 🫶🏼
2024 is giving big ‘meeting lots of new fur-friends’ vibes ✨🫶🏼
Molly • Sweet, gracious, go-with-the-flow girl, with shiny, long Rapunzel vibe hair & a rotation of bows to emphasise the glorious hair 🎀
Molly loves an easy stroll, swaying her butt from side to side like a cartoon dog, sniffing all the happenings around the neighbourhood, and taking lengthy shady rests. She’s extra chuffed if a passerby showers her with pats & compliments!
Molly is the queen of the ‘will walk for treats’ concept. Pretty much every ‘shady rest’ turns into a Mexican stand off with Molly protesting against any further energy expulsion until the treats are presented & offered, and suddenly her energy is bountiful! Molly’s strong-will and consistency wins pretty much all of our stand offs 🏅
Floofy, muscular, shaggy, saggy, plump, or lean.. every dog butt is my fav 🍑
EVERYONE MEET BYRON!! 👋🏼
Byron is the new smiley face in The Woof Pack team • a spring chicken who holds a Cert II in Animal Services & has big love for all animals (especially dogs, duh!).
Byron has been tagging along on some of our walks the past few weeks, learning the routines & quirks of some of our Woof Pack friends, and has already been out & about on some of our daily bookings!
When he’s not out walking with the cute, cuddly & crazy dogs of Newcastle, Byron enjoys playing rugby league, cooking bbq sauce spaghetti, and hanging out with his own fur-friends, Chewy & Louie 🐾

Huck • Sweet as honey/nice as pie cute kid, with a (large) smidge of naughty kid - but such a sweetie that no one else’s pawrents would believe otherwise. 🍯
Huck’s favourite pastimes include stealing Halen’s peanut butter sandwiches, and stealing his elderly and frail cat sisters grazing food from her bowl as I attempt to swiftly steer him past her and out the front door. He also likes to eat flowers & butterflies while we are out walking. 😈
If the idiom dictionary had picture references for each phrase, Huck’s photo would surely be the example of ‘butter wouldn’t melt’.

Lucy & Hudson • Little big sis & big little bro duo who are inseparable, despite their only common interest being a big love of woof walks 🐾
Lucy girl is a sweet, anxious little introvert. She likes her circle small and those in the small circle to bring treats. She absolutely loves going on little walking adventures with us, but always breathes a sigh of relief when we return her home at the end, like she had suspicions she might be being kidnapped. Every Thursday.
Hudson on the other hand, is a goofy, excitable extrovert. He doesn’t mind welcoming newbies into his circle, although he does prefer those who bring treats. (Same). Hudson wishes every day was Thursday, so he can jump around like a silly excited sausage and scare me into thinking he’s going to squash his sister!
I’m not sure who may need this reminder (definitely not me!).. but please feel free to tag anyone who may need to hear this. 🤪
Grom • Staffy cool + kelpie fire + sick swell surfer guy vibes 🤙🏽
Grom is seriously serious about exercise. No dawdling here, we must achieve the maximum amount of km’s in 1 hour. And we could always be going faster and our heart rate could always be higher. ‘Walks’ are a race & Grom is the winner.
Also, ball is life. So when we get back home from our sprint walk, Grom’s expectation is a minimum 15 minute round of ball playing before he is cool for me to carry on with my day 🎾
We are splendidly grateful to be overflowing with bookings & booking requests, and feeling quietly popular that so many dogs want to hang out with us!
This little business, which was created from my maternal desire to spend as much time as I could with Halen, is growing by the day & we are now looking to welcome another dog walker/house sitter to the team!

Roxy • Smiley-faced pocket rocket border collie girl, whose sparkly golden brown eyes match her silky golden brown hair 🤎
Roxy girl is without a care in the world when we’re out & about on a walk. She joyfully follows our every lead & cue while eagerly looking up at me every minute or so with her sweet brown eyes and big, happy, tongue-out smile - just genuinely stoked to be hanging out with her friends 🐾
Roxy is the sweetest petite-est border collie ever in the world. The end.

Alfie & Marshall • Smiley salt & pepper mischief makers, also known as ‘the boys’ / ‘the boy band’ 🤘🏼
These two fluffy, crazy balls of boundless energy exude excitement and enjoyment of all things ever. When we arrive, Marshall, whose favoured position is at the front window supervising his street, alerts the whole suburb of Kotara with his desperately delighted yaps and barks! I have snuck in and busted them both in midday sunbake snooze mode on the lounge once or twice though, indulging in some KUWTK.
Dare I walk these 2 fun-seekers in the late afternoon, it is an hour-long game of ‘spot the bush turkey & chase it’ with both dogs & my arms going all directions like a walking game of Twister. Herein, I enter my plea for treats in exchange for good behaviour.
As if we needed more reasons to be grateful for dogs, but here we are!

Izzi, Tia & Mya • The sweet, sassy, busy, bold, noisy, quiet, pretty golden girls of The Woof Pack 🤎
The diversity in characteristics among this sister/cousin trio of chihuahua’s basically makes every day ‘Harmony Day’ within the Golden Girls household. Tia’s introverted and agreeable nature is contrasted by Izzi’s extroverted and bossy energy, and sweet old Mya just sleeps cosily in her bed oblivious to the happenings around her, the strangers in her house, and the treats being fought over (and won by Izzi!)
Drop in care for these little ladies, with Halen in tow, is like doggy day care gone wild - Sweet, hilarious chaos!
Please don’t be offended if we refer to you as *insert dog name*’s Mum 🤪🐾
