The son of Oaklands Stud EXOSPHERE had been knocking on the door in recent times, with several unlucky efforts, finishing on the heels of the placings.

KING'S DUTY was a purchase by Mark Minervini from the Baramul Stud draft at the 2021 Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sale.

The win was the gelding's third and takes his stake earnings to over $80,000.
