✨ December Pet Prep Checklist ✨
The festive season is almost here! Make sure your furry family members stay safe, happy and stress free over Christmas and New Year 🎄🐾
✅ Vaccinations up to date — especially if your pet will be boarding as most kennels require vaccines to be administered at least two weeks before your pet’s stay. Make sure to check with the facility directly to confirm their specific requirements
✅ Stock up on medications and enough food to last through the holiday period
✅ Stay current with flea and tick prevention
✅ Keep toxic foods out of reach - chocolate, cooked bones, fatty foods, onion, garlic, grapes, raisins, avocados and alcohol
✅ Decoration safety - baubles, ribbons, tinsel and other festive decor should be kept out of your pets reach
✅ Fireworks and parties - create a safe, quiet space for your pet. If your pet gets anxious during celebrations, we can discuss calming options
