⚽ Face-to-Face Registrations – Tomorrow at Kurraka Community Centre! ⚽

🛑Make sure you read below if you are coming along!!

📢 Our second face-to-face registration session is happening tomorrow! If you still need to register for the 2025 season, make sure to come down and get it sorted.

📅 Saturday, 1st February
⏰ 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM (strictly)
📍 Kurraka Oval Community Centre

🛍 Shorts & Socks Fitting/Purchase:

Available from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM ONLY.
After 1:00 PM, you will NOT have access to shorts and socks, so please arrive prior 12:45 if you need to try on or purchase gear.

Things we learnt from Day One of face to face registrations:

✅ Proof of Age Required:
If you are 11 years or older, you must bring a birth certificate or passport. Without this, you cannot register.

✅ Registration System Issues:
The system can be unpredictable. Some people registered in 5 minutes, while others took over 30 minutes.
Please be patient and allow ample time for the process.

🙌 A Friendly Reminder
Our committee is made up of dedicated volunteers giving their time to assist the club. While it can be busy and there may be some wait times, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re doing our best to get everyone ready for the season!

⚽ Face-to-Face Registrations Start Tonight! ⚽

📢 If you need assistance with registering or want to pop in to discuss anything in person, you are encouraged to join us tonight at Kurraka Oval Community Centre for our first face-to-face registration session for the 2025 season.

📢 We’ve also got stock available for new and returning players to try on and purchase Shorts and Socks for the upcoming season! Please note that our 2025 jerseys have not arrived yet, we will provide further info on this closer to the season.

📌Maryland Fletcher FC Registrations for 2025 Season Are Open 📌

After some unexpected delays, the registration system is now fixed and ready to go! Please ensure you read the details below carefully to avoid any issues or confusion during the registration process.

This year, Play Football has introduced a new system, so there are a few changes to be aware of. We apologise for any potential errors you may encounter and appreciate your patience as we navigate these updates.

❗️Key Things to Know❗️

✅ Junior Registration Pricing:
There is an initial error in the pricing display. Once you enter your child’s age group and date of birth, the system will update with the correct pricing in line with our website.

✅ Device Preference:
It’s easier to register using a computer rather than a mobile device, but mobile registrations still work.

✅ Photo Upload:
Be ready with a passport-style photo as you’ll need to upload a new one during the registration process.

✅ Emergency Contact Issue:
If you encounter an issue at this stage, try pressing back and then retrying.

✅ Verification Codes:
If the email doesn’t arrive immediately, check your junk or spam folders.

✅ Payment Screen Issue:
If you can’t confirm and pay, go back one page and ensure you’ve selected a form of ID. Without this, the system won’t let you proceed.

✅ Active Kids Vouchers:
Make sure your voucher is approved via Service NSW before starting your registration.

✅ Relinking Participant Records:
All returning players will need to create or relink a participant record, including parent accounts for junior players. Links to guides are provided in the comments to help you with this process.

‼️ Registration Update ‼️

Unfortunately, the registration system is not ready yet. Northern NSW Football is working hard to ensure everything is prepared for the 2025 season. While this delay has taken longer than expected, please rest assured we will keep you updated via our social media channels as soon as registrations are open.

This delay is nationwide, affecting all clubs across Australia, not just Maryland Fletcher FC or Newcastle.

🎟️ Active Kids & Creative Vouchers
The 2025 Active Kids & Creative Vouchers are now open, and Maryland Fletcher FC is proud to accept them as contributions toward registration costs this season!

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Eligible families can apply for a $50 voucher via their Service NSW accounts to put towards registration costs.
✅ Families who didn’t use their second 2024 voucher can combine it with the new $50 voucher for up to $100 off.
✅ Once registrations open, simply provide your voucher to the club to claim the discount.

Unfortunately the online registration links can’t go live this morning. We are waiting on some testing to be completed by Newcastle Football.
