Due to the current weather we will be closed tomorrow. The rain hasn’t stopped out at home in Wamuran and apparently it’s only supposed to get worse, most roads & places are flooded here.

Hoping Thursday will still be ok to go ahead but unfortunately won’t know until further notice. All clients will be notified if need I need to reschedule.

At this stage, I am also fully booked until the 13th February due to having to reschedule clients because of sickness/ weather.

Well it’s that time of the year again 🎄

At this stage the only availability we have for the rest of the year is Wednesday 20th of December and then we are fully booked until January!

We will also be CLOSED from Saturday 23rd December - Sunday the 7th January, all enquiries will be replied to then.

Reminder: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be mindful that our cancellation/ rescheduling policy is a 48 hour notice requirement or you will be charged 50% of the service that was to be provided. If you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged the total fee. This includes people who don’t confirm their appointment when the reminder text is sent out. You will not be rebooked if you cannot pay the cancellation fee and other groomers is the area will be informed.

It is very hard for us to fill your appointment spot with less than 48 hours notice. This is our time & effort to answer your enquiries on all platforms of social media, questions, entering your details, right down to the reminder messages we send out the day prior to your appointment. Most of the time we spend after work hours, weekends/ days off to do so.

What a HUGE couple of weeks we’ve had here since being back! Completely booked out and working 14 hour days every day 😰

Slowly getting back to normal after my massive holiday, thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of my clients and their babies again 👏🏼
