Hi everyone, been a while since any posts, just an update, but as most of clients know we have recently moved to the coast.
I know this is going to be hard news for some, but my books are now closed for Goulburn and I won’t be taking any new bookings for the area.

I will now be taking appointments for the Batemans bay to Moyura areas but time is limited at the moment so bare with me

Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately I have had to make a very hard decision, it has certainly been a tough thing to do for me but unfortunately for now I will not be rebooking or taking any clients on the South Coast.
I will still do any horses that are booked in over the next 6-8 weeks but I will not be rebooking any horses.

I do still plan to move down eventually but currently I need to focus my work where I am based and spend more time with my family.

As most people know I was quite unwell earlier this year and since I have been struggling to keep up with my workload

It hasn’t been an easy decision to make at all but I would like to take the time to thank everyone for your kindness and support, I have met some wonderful people and have really enjoyed working with everyone and their horses.

It’s important to keep your horses up to date and done on time to maintain the best possible hoof care for your horse and to help prevent any further issues that may occur

Hey Everyone, as a lot of people know by now, earlier in the week I had an accident whilst working which has resulted in having to take a bit of time off, unfortunately I have tore ligaments in my ankle and am currently unable to work for at least another week depending on how I go with the doctors, sorry for any inconveniences this may cause but if your horse needs to be seen ASAP then please let me know and I will sort out something.
I am lucky at the moment to have help off fellow farriers who I can’t thank enough
As soon as I’m right to go again I will let everyone know

With only a few days left till the end of this year I would like to say a big thankyou to all of my clients and wish a happy new year to everyone, has been a pretty hectic last few weeks for myself but also quite a few of my Clients, the recent fires have been and still are causing havoc, I have a few horses left for the year and will be working right up until New Years Eve, I will be having New Years Day off but will be back into full swing on the 2nd
I will be down in the Moyura and surrounding areas from this Monday for a few days
Please remember to make sure to get your horses booked in earlier then leaving it till the last minute, with the heat and the smoke around it has made shoeing and trimming conditions harder for myself and for the horses so keep that in mind

Had the pleasure of trimming this big mare on the weekend, had some interesting conformation faults, unfortunately at her age it is not something that can be fixed completely but can be trimmed to keep her a bit more comfortable

This horse required a little bit more support as well as some more weight to the out side to help correct some conformation faults, these lateral extension shoes seem to be working wonders already 👍🐎

Just a few founder ponies I have fixed up lately, safe to say they are getting around a lot more comfortable and improving, keeping them on a good schedule to keep them happy and sound

Good to see improvements this horse, when I first looked at the horse he was very turned in, after 3 shoeing can see a huge difference in the horse, not only in the way he stands but also in the movement and the overall behaviour of the horse
