We are a purpose-built veterinary practice, that it is now one of only a handful of veterinary facilities in Queensland which is able to be called a Veterinary Hospital. We are a team of five veterinarians and five veterinary nurses who provide excellent care t

North Lakes Veterinary Hospital is a small animal hospital with on-site services including radiology, ultrasonography, dentistry, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, including cruciate surgery (both de Angelis procedure and triple tibial osteotomy or TTO). We are also happy to accept referrals for these procedures as a strict outpatient basis. Along with providing all the standard veterinary services such as consultations, vaccinations, microchipping, desexing and surgery, we also offer additional services such as in-house pathology and weight loss programs. In addition, we also stock a range of worming, flea and tick products, premium pet foods, such as Hills Science Diet and Royal Canin, shampoos, flea treatments and other pet accessories. We will be closed this Friday the 7th of March due to the impending cyclone.

At this stage we WILL be open Thursday and will just be monitoring the day as it goes. We will hopefully be back Saturday morning if it is safe to do so.

IMPORTANT! MICROCHIPPING ‼️
Please read ⬇️

“Microchip Pet Registry company, HomeSafeID, will soon cease to operate online.

What does this mean? 👇
If you know your pet is registered with HomeSafeID, you will need to change your microchip registration to another company 📝

If your pet's registration isn't updated, should they go missing or are found, vets/councils/animal shelters will no longer be able to view your pet’s ownership details listed on their microchip when it is scanned, making it difficult to reunite you!

‼️ Find out how to check your pet’s microchip and change to a new registry 👉 bit.ly/3Qe3ZbT

If you don’t know your pet’s microchip number or have lost their paperwork with their registration details, contact your veterinarian, council or animal shelter. They can scan your pet and provide the microchip number.”

Microchip Pet Registry company HomeSafeID has gone into receivership.
