🐾 Out of Hours Appointments 🐾
Unfortunately we organised daycare for H-man today for a new client who decided we were too expensive for a 25kg dog and declined the appointment after locking in a day and time and knowing H was in care that day.
This was inconsiderate as usually we have to pay for the day once booked if going through our centre daycare. Thankfully my beautiful mother in law was going to have a grandma day!
In view of this we will now be adding a fee on top of every out of hours appointment that is requested. More than happy to do them but we ask that you are serious before asking us to look into daycare as this organising took time away from H.
You will be banned from the salon if you ask for an appointment on a day I am closed and either cancel the appointment (without adequate reason), reject the proposed appointment or no show. No warnings will be given.
I put my heart and soul into being a present mother and H is my life. I still love my business but until he is at school he will always come first (which I fully expect for you with your children!).
Please be respectful of my business hours and don’t spam me early in the morning or throughout the day if I haven’t gotten back to you. I promise I will I just have a lot on keeping this tiny human alive.
I really do appreciate every single one of my clients and their hoomans. I just ask that you respect me.
