*** 2023 Nowendoc Cattle Dog Trial Cancelled ***

Due to severe drought conditions and water supply issues, we have made the tough decision to cancel this years trial. We hope to be able to run one in 2024, weather depending, and appreciate all your support over the past few months.

This has been a tough decision all round, however the welfare of our livestock and livelihood of local producers must come first.

Thankyou Emu Tops Station and the Ethridge family for their support and assistance at the Nowendoc Cattle Dog Trial 2022.

Emu Tops is a stunning property, running a breeding herd of angus cattle. Emu tops is home to beautiful, undulating improved country - fresh water streams and iconic aussie bush.

The 'Nowendoc Cattle Dog Trial Commitee' would love to extend a thanks to Ham Rural for their contributions to the 'Nowendoc Cattle Dog Trial 2022' auction. The auction raised over $1000 for westpac helicopters and local community endeavours.

Ham Rural is a fantastic agricultural supplies store located in Niangala NSW. It is an asset to the local community, allowing farmers and residents a close proximity supplier of ag-related products.

Our auctioneer extrodinaire - Peter Ethridge helped us raise over a thousand dollars last night. The money raised will be used to help the Nowendoc Showgrounds, Westpac Rescue Helicopters and the Dungowan Stock Workers Club to go towards other events they’re organising.
