Sadly due to a major event (we don't know what event) we do not have our grounds booking for this Wednesday the 2nd of October or Thursday the 3rd.
Training will be as normal next week for obedience and silver/gold agility.

Due to safety concerns we have decided to cancel training tonight the 28th of August. With the winds are causing falling trees and flying debris.

On the 23rd of September at 6.30pm we will be holding our annual general meeting. All positions will become vacant.
Anyone who can offer any help we would love to see and hear from you.
Nomination forms will be available at the club during training hours. Please lodge them with Cathy or Nicolle.

Due to the weather training has been cancelled tonight Wednesday the 14th of August.
For the new obedience intake your first class will be next week.
Stay dry!

We can not scream this from the roof tops loud enough.
Look at what the dog was bred to do, and if you have a mixed breed look at both and understand what you have and how you can meet their needs.

Due to the grounds still having a lot of water on them and obedience requiring we move around we are going to cancel obedience training this week 15th May. Fingers crossed for no more rain and training next week.

Due to the weather we are going to be cancelling training for this week. So agility on the 7th, obedience on the 8th and agility on the 9th of May are cancelled. Let's hope the grounds dry and we can train next week.

Obedience training is cancelled tonight 8th November due to the weather.

EDIT - all spots have been filled. We hope to have the next new intake in 2024.

We have limited spots available in our Bronze agility class. Aimed at anyone who wants to start agility with their dog. Classes run Tuesday evenings starting 31/10/23. Get it touch for more information or to become a member.
If you and your dog have prior agility experience an assessment for a higher level class is also an option.

ATTENTION OBEDIENCE 20TH JULY
No surprises, yet again we are wet and muddy. So sadly we are going to have to cancel training BUT we do have our members meeting at 7.30pm

I hope everyone is staying safe, warm and dry out there. Our thoughts are with all those who are being impacted by this rain and flooding.

Obedience training this week, July 6th 2022, will be cancelled. Even if the rain slows up the grounds will be too wet to train.

Here we have our wonderfully talented Mia just after being presented her ADAA agility Junior Handlers Award at the Douglas Park agility trial yesterday.

The award is issued to the Junior handler who achieves 4 Clear Round Certificates from any Standard (Agility or Jumping Tests) within the Junior Program, with a minimum of two being from Agility Tests.

To say that we are proud of her is an understatement!

Congratulations and well done Mia on behalf of Elga and I as well as the club.

Something a little different today. Two of our members had their first race in bikejoring. Leanne came 2nd place with Maggie her German Short haired Pointer and Averill came 4th with her Border Collie Bodhi.
Bikejoring and Canicross are great activities for both dog and owner for fitness and fun!
Well done ladies! And in the arctic winds and cold.

We just can’t seem to get out there! Hopefully you’re staying warm and dry at home 🐾🐾
