I pay attention to detail whilst grooming your pet to your specifications or breed requirement providing the coat has been cared for. I wont just shave your dog to the skin and will go the extra mile as needed without stressing your pet to achieve this. I offer clipping, stripping or combinations of both or anything else you may wish for. All animals are handled with care, patience and compassion.

I do not put pets in slings or anything else for grooming, I prefer to work with them quietly and at their pace so it is a pleasant experience for all involved. I work from home but do offer pick up/delivery from Swan Hill. Anyone is welcome to stay and watch your pet being groomed if you choose to drop off yourself, or go have a coffee down the street whilst you wait. Generally your pet will be finished in under an hour. Nails, ear plucking, wash/dry are all price inclusive. I work flexible hours including most weekends and after hours to cater for everyone.

Hello everyone, if I'm a bit hard to contact atm I had been away and came home to go on foal watch. I've been living on huge days and limited sleep. Please just be patient and just pop me a message! I just haven't had enough hours in the day.
I have finally got a foal, well after some complications she had unexpected twins! These are high risk and atm are kicking every goal and beating the odds!
Now of course this post is useless without pics, so a little snippet of the absolutely adorable time wasters.

I'm very excited to now be a stockist of Petchar https://petchar.com.au/
I will also have horse Feedchar. I have personally used this product on my ponies for many years, Phil inparticular has a dodgy tummy since being sick as a foal and this keeps his tummy very happy!
I'm excited to see if this can make a difference on many levels for our canine best buddy's.
I expect the first shipment to be here hopefully on Monday.

After a lovely holiday, I am starting to catch up on the backlog and appointment availability will be back to a shorter turnaround time!

Due to our current unseasonably cool weather so far, I still have only a few December spots still available. This is extremely unusual! If you wish to not miss out, I would suggest book soon.
The upside to this is my garden is absolutely loving this cooler weather and is in abundance, photos not really showing how bright and beautiful it actually is.

Wanting to keep you dogs smelling Salon fresh between grooms?
I have 3 types of the shampoos I use on your pets plus conditioner available in 250ml bottles now just in time for Christmas! A everyday/everybody kind of shampoo, a whitening to keep them their brightest and a Oodle shampoo. They are priced from $14-$17.
500ml and 1 litre can be ordered too.

Just a quick reminder that I have very limited appointments left until Christmas to have your pets putting their very best foot forward so they look, feel and smell amazing!

I will also be having a price increase from January 1, I had been holding off for awhile but with all the rising costs of everything I unfortunately can't hold it off any longer.

Hi all just a quick note, I have always even without our current situation asked if you feel unwell please stay home, or currently if you have had contact with a exposure site. I'm more than happy to reschedule your appointment even if it's last minute. As many have known in the past, if I'm unwell I do not work either as I don't want to inadvertently pass anything on.
This also goes for our pets, please don't be afraid to let me know even last minute if your pet is unwell. I too only want the very best for your pets. Last thing I want is for them to feel more uncomfortable and possibly hinder their recovery, or if they possibly have something infectious to pass that on.
If they have an injury (ie damaged a cruciate ligament for example) if they are otherwise well, that is fine we will just change how we approach the groom to suit their needs best.
We all want the best for everybody be that human or canine and a temporarily missed appointment is nothing to stress over.

Hi everyone, with the premier imposing a hard stage 4 lock down from midnight tonight (12/2/21) for 5 days. This unfortunately includes all grooming services for that duration.
I will contact everyone booked in and re-arrange for new days/times. Please be patient as I try to accommodate everyone as best as I can.
