The 2020 APG NATIONAL MIXED SALE, Update
Australian Pacing Gold would like to thank all the remarkable breeders, owners and consignors that have come forward to support the recording breaking 2020 APG NATIONAL MIXED SALE that is about to kick off.
Many APG clients/partners are of the view, a successful APG NATIONAL MIXED SALE that supports consignors and investors/breeders looking to strengthen their breeding operation, is crucial for the sport going forward.
The 2020 APG NATIONAL MIXED SALE, which will be operated similarly to an e-bay style auction (with the added backing of a help desk), provides the safest and most cost effective way to trade some of the very finest standardbred families available in this country.
APG is thrilled to announce all categories of horses have been accepted into the sale, including broodmares, racehorses, yearlings, and weanlings.
APG has been entrusted with a whopping 195 entries (a record for an APG online sale) which promises to give even most conscientious buyers a marvellous representation from the leading sires and broodmare sires available in the sport today, with some from the best families currently racing throughout the Southern Hemisphere. What’s also exceptionally pleasing is the spread of lots across the different states.
When we spoke to Linda Graham (a very successful industry participant and new team member of APG ) she said, ”the strength of the sale entries is really pleasing to see, and with these exceptional horses we are forecasting some very spirited bidding. The tremendous news for buyers is that the majority of horses have very reasonable reserves. These low reserves are simply the result of consignors understanding the best way to sell their lots is to put them up for genuine sale with little or no reserves”.
APG have been commissioned to offer up a large draft from some of the best breeders in the country and we can’t wait for the sale to kick off.
Investors, breeders and owners looking to strengthen their stocks should register early (we will have updates, once the online registrations open this coming Monday at 1pm) for this wonderful event which will run from Wednesday 5 August through to approximately 6pm on Sunday 9 of August 2020.
APG will be able to update all investors on the best ways of moving new purchasers interstate.

I have three big competitions coming up and will keep you posted. ‘Dom’, my stallion, is doing well and the Technyflex equine powder and the TFX gel have been working wonders.
In a fortnight ‘Summer’ and I will be competing in our first Australian showjumping event at the Masters Games at Logan Village. Later ‘Dom’ and I will visit the Horse First 2019 NSW Dressage Championships to be held at the Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre (AELEC) in Tamworth from 21-25 August.
I’ll be riding my stallion in the FEI Para Equestrian Grade V Individual championship test, team test and in the freestyle test where we’ll be performing to a sensational composition created by Melissa Lowe of Fortissimo Freestyles.

I’m going pretty well with both my horses. Technyflex really helped develop their condition before the commencement of the main showjumping season.
‘Mafia’ has had some good events picking up a 3rd in the 110cm at the Sunshine Coast Grand Weekend of Showjumping, 4th in our first Young Rider at the April Gold Cup Show and 1st in the 120cm Grand Prix at the Caloundra Showjumping Showcase, as well as being awarded the champion thoroughbred in the class.
‘Cheque It Out’ has stepped up this season doing some 125cm rounds and entering into his first Young Rider at the Gold Cup Show. We also got a 2nd in the 110cm championship at the Caloundra Showjumping Showcase, as well as the runner-up Off The Track horse in both the 110cm and the 120cm Grand Prix.

On May 11 we headed to Albury Horse Trials and I rode Tom in the 2*. We did an average test scoring 61.75% coming 19th. Then he showjumped a great clear round moving us up to 11th place. To finish off the weekend we went clear cross country for a little bit of time to finish up 4th overall. So happy with how my horse performed.

I bought your product TechnyFlex, for Feline, for our Cat as he had just started to get a bit of arthritis in his back legs as he is almost 13 now. He is a Bengal cat a real beauty.
