Loona is definitely a star pup! (Even with Zora hovering around). Her spins are so graceful, especially with that tail adding extra flair. It's wonderful to see her enjoying and thriving in learning new tricks. This is a short snippet of her doing spins, middle and around. 🐶🐾
Lovely Adventures with Mr. Vincent 🐶
We have worked extremely hard to be able to get to this point. It’s a great feeling going into a new environment and knowing that he will be happy/comfortable and not full of anxiety.
Building a secure and happy space for dogs (any pet) requires effort, and it's heartwarming to see the positive impact it’s had on his well-being. Keep it up Vinnie 🐾🌟
Hey guys, I found a new app to make videos on.
This is a few of Shadows training sessions put into one. We have been working really hard to fade out treats in the past two weeks 🙂🐶
Meet Guess, a Pitbull x English Staffy, nearly 4 years old. Guess hasn’t done any training before so It's great that Guess is now learning basic commands! Consistent training and positive reinforcement can go a long way. Focus on reinforcing good behavior and stay patient during the learning process. 🐾
It's impressive that Shadow excelled in training despite the lively environment. He had a whole class of students running and playing with balls, birds flying everywhere and horseflys irritating and biting him. Shadow did exceptionally well with his training during this session. Consistent effort and focus will undoubtedly lead to even more success for both Shadow and Dad! 🐾💪
Vincent- A wonderful and harmonious 4.2k off leash walk with Vincent today. He had free range majority of the walk, responded to every command I had to say and sat at every road without me needing to say a word. Vincent enjoys his walks so much more now having those guidelines in place and not feeling as anxious knowing that I have his back. Building a strong bond with your dogs can make walking them much more enjoyable.
Shadow-this was Shadows first session on loose leash walking. Shadows owners want to take him on more adventures, loose leash walking is going to make their adventures a lot more enjoyable. While we still have a long way to go, I’m very proud of his engagement outside of his environment and extremely proud of dad for constantly putting in the hard work and dedication for young shadow 🐶✨
Zoey- This training session was split into two. The first session was Obedience and trick training in the backyard working on better connection and focus around distractions and the second was working through her impulse control and engagement when exposed to new environments. You’ll see how Zoey reacts to distractions e.g people, dogs, birds, water, ect… at the start of video 2
Session 1:
De-sensitising Vincent to the dremel.
Vincent is not a fan of getting his nails clipped at all so we thought we’d try another solution. Although he didn’t exactly love them getting done, he did super well and loved the aftermath of his pedicure 💅
Vincent- It is so lovely being able to walk this boy under complete control with or without a lead now. At the beginning Vincent could never do obedience training (including loose leash walking) in public because of his anxiety around new people, sounds, smells and bikes
taking him out to new environments and continuing with his training in these new environments has really taken Vincent out of his shell. He’s now confident, happy and strives to learn more 🥰🐶
Zoey- Zoey did lots of brain training in the back yard. We worked lots on food chasing, obedience tricks and durations to help with her impulse control as well as a walk up and down the footpath on lead to control her pulling. For anyone that knows Zoey, knows she finds it extremely hard to switch off and rest, so we made sure she rested on lead followed with some play time.
