We are an Orange, NSW, based company specialising in Southern American-style barbecue cuisine and artisan condiments. We use smoking ovens to smoke meats and make all our own sauces and spice rubs. Our range of artisan condiments includes a Maple BBQ Sauce, Smoky Chipotle Ketchup, Sweet Mustard Dressing and a BBQ Spice Rub. Our shop Elwood's Eatery offers lunch 5 days a week and dinner Thursday an
