We use smoking ovens to smoke meats and make all our own sauces and spice rubs. Our range of artisan condiments includes a Maple BBQ Sauce, Smoky Chipotle Ketchu

p, Sweet Mustard Dressing and a BBQ Spice Rub. Our shop Elwood's Eatery offers lunch 5 days a week and dinner Thursday and Friday nights. Come in and try our loaded burgers and dogs, barbecue plates and sides. We offer business and corporate catering, as well as private catering for weddings, birthdays and other functions.
