Comfy, spacious and modern! Whether it’s a gathering of friends, family or work colleagues this house just seems to work for all. It’s open plan living and three indoor sofa areas ensure guests are well connected, yet with room for their own personal space to relax and unwind.

Unlimited WiFi in every room and all the mod con’s a modern house should stock; sandwich toaster, blender, chefs block, Nespresso (pods supplied too), rice cooker and a solid array of platters, bowls, pots and pans. 4 bedrooms as follows: 1 super sized master bedroom with King bed, private retreat, ensuite (bath & shower) and a walk in wardrobe 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, side tables, reading lamps and a built-in wardrobe 1 bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe with a side table and reading lamp (the single beds can be pushed together to form a King bed) Living areas 1 deluxe lounge room with flat screen TV 1 living area with 2 large sofas 1 dining area with table with seats 8 1 kids TV/rampus area with flat screen TV & DVD player, games and books 1 large outdoor entertaining area with Weber BBQ, dining table and benches, 4 x outdoor comfy chairs AND an outdoor privacy wall with built in gas fireplace Kitchen / Bathroom / Laundry 1 x open plan fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, includes microwave, dishwasher, gas top stove and 90cm oven 2 x bathrooms with bath and shower separate (2nd bathroom is in the en-suite off the master room) & a separate toilet room 1 x laundry with a Miele washing and drying machine, washing tub, iron and ironing board Garage 1 x double garage with wooden and carpeted floor set up for office use with 2 large desks, one round table and 4 office chairs (should you need to also squeeze in some work) or great for holding of sporting equipment (i.e. bikes, golf clubs etc) Parking Off street parking is available in the triple driveway for 3 cars (I have seen 6 parked here) Ample street parking is also available (non restricted) Other Unlimited Wireless Wifi Nespresso, with frother Modern Miele appliances throughout, inc washing machine and dryer DVD player & 2 TV's Reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning throughout Hairdryer Quality Linen and towels Iron and ironing board Cleaning included in the cost Please no Pets, but we can recommend pet boarding Smoking * As a local I am very happy to provide ideas for ensuring your stay incorporates all the best Orange has to offer, please just ask!
