AFMH was proud to again support the men's health initiative, Movember.

In 2023, AFMH had a record number of staff either growing a moustache or getting moving in the month of November. All together, we moved over 4,650km and raised more than $14,600.

Thanks to everyone who showed support for this great cause by participating or sponsoring someone on our team.

We asked Grant why he is getting involved with the Movember Movement: My reasons for taking part in Movember is to join the Coomboona team in raising money for an incredibly worthwhile cause. Challenging the stigma that men have around starting conversations around health and wellbeing is really important to me as so many men suffer in silence. It would be great if this pretty average mustacho (that my wife has promised to shave off in my sleep if not gone first thing on Friday the 1st) is enough of a prompt for someone to start take the first step in getting the help and support needed to get them through a tough time.

A permanent full-time position is available for a Machinery Operator, preferably with maintenance experience.
🚜Will be responsible for operating modern and well-maintained small and large tractors, feed mixer wagons, front end loaders and skid steers.
🐄Duties may include assisting with general livestock activities, service and repairs to plant equipment and maintenance of livestock facilities.
👷‍♂️Will be a highly motivated, reliable person, who has an eye for detail and is committed to work health and safety.
