Great survey for all Australian horse people to complete

SURVEY | The Australian Horse Industry Council (AHIC) is conducting the most comprehensive independent, reliable assessment of the Size & Scope of the Horse Industry in Australia ever undertaken. Going beyond the economics, the report will put a spotlight the social benefits of the horse sector, including community cohesion, establishment of social networks, volunteerism and family socialisation.

Hi we have two very good riders available for rides in the next 2 months. South American lightweight riders with extensive experience (more than 120 endurance rides entered). They are working with us however most of our horses will be spelling following endurafest and they would like to ride in some rides if possible.

How amazing to have 9 Aussie names in the long list for the championship. There are many people that have contributed to this rejuvenation of FEI competition in Australia and we are so grateful to all of them! Special thanks must got to Peter Toft and Penny Toft and Oz Endurance who without them we would have bu**er all! Also massive thank you to Robyn Maree who has been the backbone of the whole thing and thank you sooo much to the handful of vets that we have that have made it all possible and also to the EA Endurance Committee!!! We cant thank you all enough! 🙏🙏

POOL HORSES REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL TEAMS

International teams of 4 riders from the Australasia region are invited to contest the inaugural Australasia Regional Endurance Championship, an FEI 1* 100km endurance teams event that will feature at the 2024 Inglewood ENDURAFEST from Friday 31 May - 2 June 2024.

Pool horses will be required for Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and any other International team competing.

The FEI endurance rules for 1* competitions will apply. Horses will need to be FEI registered.

For any horses that have not previously competed in any CEI1* competitions, horses must have successfully completed their novice qualifications to be eligible. For more information click here.
An Australian team horse coordinator will be allocated to each country to ensure that horse welfare is a top priority. The horse coordinators will be responsible for the engagement with horse owners and each team.

Oz Endurance is now seeking expressions of interest from endurance horse owners that are interested in this opportunity and have a suitable horse you may be able to loan for this event.
