We are very excited to introduce you to the newest member of our team - Hamish!
Born in Albany, Western Australia, Hamish joined the team as our Forever Bed ambassador.

In his spare time, Hamish loves to sleep 😴. Actually, Hamish sleeps all of the time! 💤

His first adventure with the Orchid Valley team was to board a plane and fly from Perth all the way to Nevada, to proudly represent us at the WildWest Veterinary Conference!

Having served the community in Burlington NC for four generations, Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory wanted to expand their service to include the entire family.

What a day! We promised you we would fill all back orders the second they arrive, and today we did just that.
Over 230 cartons picked, labelled, and delivered to our freight carriers to get to our wonderful customers ASAP.
Thank you all for your patience as we waited for this very delayed shipment held up by months of industrial action at wharves around Australia.
Your support keeps us going, and we are so glad to be restocked ready for the new year.

We are so excited to introduce our new US partners, Boyd and Steve!
What started out as a small hobby business in rural Western Australia is now a truly international success as we bring our products to veterinary clinics, crematoriums, and pet owners across America.
With our first shipment due to arrive "stateside" by early December, we are so excited to be one step closer to achieving our mission to raise the standard of aftercare for pets all around the world.
