Cloverdale Agistment located in Pakenham South have casual positions available for an experienced horse person on a spelling and pre-training (treadmill) farm. Willing to teach the right person if you have no horse experience.

Work available for any or all days of the week including weekends.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily care including feed runs, treadmill assistance, rugging, mucking out etc.
Administering treatments to sick or injured horses.
Monitor all horses for sickness and injuries.
Assisting vets, farriers and other contractors when required.
Other jobs as required on a small farm.

Ideally we would be looking for someone for a couple of days during the week and every second weekend. Our hours can be flexible for the right person but horse experience is essential.

3 Year Old Redwood filly Red Columbine breaks her maiden with her first step up to 1600 metres at Bairnsdale

Sitting 3 wide and extremely green, she received a very patient and well executed final 400 under Patty Moloney to see her beat a couple of fancied ones home on the line

Red Columbine is owned and bred by Westbury Stud in New Zealand 🇳🇿
