This is not an easy message for me to write, as it addresses a challenge that I have been working to avoid for some time. Over the years, I have always strived to maintain competitive pricing, despite rising costs. However, with the recent sharp increase in fuel prices, it has become increasingly difficult to continue operating at the same rates, especially as a mobile service.

After much consideration, I regret to inform you that a price adjustment will be necessary to ensure the sustainability of the services I provide. I understand that this may come as a surprise, and I deeply apologize for the short notice.

Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and I genuinely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who has been apart of my journey this year!! Christmas is and will always be a crazy busy time for all!!
My sincere apologies to those who I tried so hard to visit before Christmas though sadly just not possible!
Thank you to those who allowed me to come past way to early in the morning and those who had me late into the night!
Humble Thank you to everyone who spoilt me with gifts it was completely unexpected, though truly appreciated!

I’m sending a very Merry Christmas to you, your families and your little fur babies as you enjoy the celebrations of to much food, a beverage or few, happiness and laughter!
Thoughts with those who are sadly missed this year as you venture on a hard day, hoping you can smile upon the memories you will always share!

Just getting in early to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!
Thank you to everyone for trusting me with your puppies! It’s been an exciting and sad year where we have gained new additions and sadly missing some along the way!

Unfortunatly I have overbooked beyond my capacity around my family this year and unfortunatly I am fully booked between now and Christmas.

This year I will be taking a much needed break and having some much needed family time!
I will be off until February 2025.

Sending you all the very best for your Christmas celebrations, and a very Happy New Year!!

Good Morning!!!

Hope everyone is staying warm in this crazy winter weather!!

Just asking for a little patience in booking times, with every main road in Pakenham having road works, it’s causing congestion with drivers and delays.
Please keep in mind I still must do school drop off and pick ups, my main priority is still being a mum!

I have three kids that I run around after, between, school, jobs, sports and life in general I try my best to ensure I don’t push doggies out to far, some days I work crazy hours and weekends so I don’t disappoint.
I may not get back to messages straight away as I’m home so late or left so early but I do my best!
School holidays can be hard as I still want my kids to have time out and do things so I try to limit working days!

Due to the amount of fees I’ve paid over the last 12 months, I just thought I would put a friendly reminder that cash is preferred where possible.
I won’t be charging fees to those who do pay card as I’m against it (especially when I see it in stores) though if possible cash is preferred payment!

Good Morning!!

Hope everyone is doing well in the crazy weather we have going on!!

So far for me this year has been a little crazy with my son and broken bones, crazy weather, power outages, heat, etc, thank you to all those who have been understanding where needing to change appts or bring appointments to my home salon.

Just a couple of reminders…
As you know I work this business around my three kids, work commitments, sports, appointments etc!

I try my best to get back to everyone as soon as possible, life can get busy and may take a little longer some days, text and or messages are preferred as I struggle to return calls due to hours I work.

Please try book with as much notice as possible, completely understand this isn’t always possible! Please advise if your dog has matting as it may take longer than normal and I need to schedule my time to be able to pick up my kids from school.

If your dog has fleas, with this weather I’m noticing more than normal please let me know prior to the appointment where possible!

Payment is always cash preferred or I do have EFT (though this has extra charges as why I prefer cash)

Below I’ve added these creams to my range as I’ve seen a few doggies with dried paws and noses, there natural and heard they have had amazing results (I’ve never needed to use them personally) I’ve also got some shampoos and conditioners available at lower than retail prices.
