Dear Valued Pupkus Customers,
Please be advised that our service department will be temporarily closed from Monday, 10th February to Monday, 24th February 2025 due to Kay having to undergo unplanned surgery. While Kay is expected to recover well, please note that service times may take longer than usual for approximately 6 to 8 weeks following the surgery as he gets back to 100%.
This temporary closure will only affect servicing work during the specified period. All other Pupkus operations, including our showroom hours & order dispatch, will continue as normal. We are happy to receive servicing work during this time, but please be aware it will be subject to delays. We will attempt to keep you informed as best we can.
To minimize disruption, we will make every effort to complete any work received on or before Thursday, 6th February 2025 prior to Kay's operation. After the 24th of February, Kay will supervise servicing work as his much as his recovery allows, & we will prioritize resuming regular services as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this sudden & unexpected medical event. Your understanding & patience during this time are greatly appreciated, & we remain committed to providing you with the best service possible.
