2 more enclosures finished for a pair of lucky Dragons! These were finished a little while ago, but I've been busy a slack!

Sorry to everyone's who has unanswered messages! I'm heading back to New Zealand in a few days for a bit of a break, and will get back to everyone shortly to answer all your questions! Thanks for your patience, and I look forward to many more jobs when I get back!

It’s been a very quiet season, and haven’t been online much lately. However I have some snakes on clutches at the moment, due to hatch soon! And then looking forward to going full speed moving forward.

I’d like to introduce our newest employee! If you have someone in the family that’s not sure on snakes, bring them along to talk to Turbo! He’s happy to receive head pats, and scream at you at 120dB 😁🦜🐍

Been a while since a post, due to life happening!

But have been busy for a few days setting up a bigger tank for the turtles, as they grow like little weeds!

Just waiting on the proper filter to arrive, and hopefully move them this week! Here’s a little sneak peek of their new home!

Two weeks home done and dusted! Once again waiting at an airport for another flight. Then 3 days h**ping the QLD Brigalow belt before heading back to Darwin to get ready to start pairing for this season!

Different areas of the country are like a totally different world! Had one night in Brisbane before heading back to New Zealand for a break. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with .snake.removals and .fishing going for a quick trip out to Mt. Glorious!

Spending time with family for a few weeks to catch up on much needed time back home, but will still be around for messages to to organise jobs for next month!

Looking forward to getting back into things from late April 😁🖤

Apologise with any delays in messages lately. Life happens and sometimes you need a few days to clear your head and move forward.

Pickles got an upgrade!

After a few months in a quiet place to get him established, pickles has now moved in with the rest of the critters, where he’s displaying beautifully in his new setup. Bloody good snake that’s never missed a meal!

Hey guys!

Just letting everyone know I’m getting absolutely flogged with messages about the Dragons!

I will get back to everyone as quickly as possible today, unfortunately there will not be enough from this batch for everybody interested.

I should have more available within the next few months, so please be patient and respectful if you miss out!

Going forward it looks like I have secured a good supply of dragons to supply the Darwin region with these little guys.

I’ve had a lot of projects going on for other people lately, so spent a few days knocking something up for a few of my snakes. Just waiting on some more vents, and a set of doors and she’s ready to go!

Another weekend project out the door.

A few weeks back, we were having car issues. Luckily we live next door to a mechanic who was awesome at helping, and got the car back on the road, after helping me load it onto a trailer at 11pm one Sunday night.

I have no real world skills, outside of reptile keeping. So my way of saying thank you was of course a new setup for their little childrens python that’s getting a bit big for his previous home!

My little green python telling me he’s hungry!

If you look at his tail, you’ll clearly see a behaviour known as “caudal luring”

This behaviour involves sitting perfectly still, except the tip of the tail. This movement will lure in prey, in this case small lizards, thinking there’s a little worm or some other easy meal. Once they’re within striking range, it’s all over

Another custom background finished, and ready for the lizards to enjoy!

These blue tongue lizards had gotten used to the old turtle dock in their tank, so the one requirement was I had to make something similar.

First baby dragons for this season starting to emerge. 3 of these little guys out so far! I caught one of the females laying another clutch earlier in the week, so hopefully more to come!
Swamplands lashtail (Tropicagama temporalis)

- please note - I am aware there are no bearded dragon breeders currently in Darwin. With many people wanting baby dragons. These lashtails are fast, high stress, and not a suitable replacement for a Beardie 🦎
