Awesome colour examples of Quakers by the Macy Bird House.

They are over seas so I think some colours arn't yet available in Australia - probably the ones I like the most 😅 An d there's a couple I know we have like Mauve and Cobalt are missing!

Was a great day at the Orange Bird Expo today!
Caught up with heaps of people I haven't seen since covid!

Saw some amazing birds, some mutations that were unbelievable like the Cinnamon Superbs.

Got a lesson in Ringneck Genetics on Non s*x linked ino's which have apparently been around for a while but their potential hugely disregarded and apparently shameful in the Ringneck circle but is a hugely sought after mutation overseas!

Was actually very relaxing not having to worry about selling birds and had the most thorough look around I've ever had at a sale 😅 Did have the continual feeling I had to rush looking and conversations as usually have to rush back to my table lol

The variation in Bluefronts is interesting!
The one on the left is supposed to be triple split and paired with another double split bird so will be interesting to see if they prove out!

Wow!
Used to see small flocks out at my grandparents farm growing up but never this many!
Fingers crossed the larger parrots and finches also experience a breeding boom after all the drought & fires!
