I’ve got some very exciting news to share with everyone…..
🥳 WE ARE MOVING! 🥳
I have been keeping this a secret until we knew for certain that it was going forward. You may have started noticing our growing collection of fake grass and childrens play equipment stacking up in our “reception” area. Well, me and my amazing mother, Tiana, are going to be the proud new owners of Pawsome Doggy Daycare in Booragoon!
As of 2nd October we will be operating at 3A Pitt Way Booragoon which is a quick 4 minute drive from our current address. I do apologise to all my lovely clients that loved walking to Fluff & Bubbles as our location was so close and convenient. But I can guarantee that our new location will be absolutely worth it!
I was previously an employee at Pawsome so I am very excited to come back and see all the dogs I love and miss. And of course I am so excited to meet all the new dogs and clients too! This is a massive dream of mine that I can't believe is coming true. It feels full circle to be back at the place that made me fall in love with the animal industry and I can not wait to put my own special touch on the business. All the staff are staying to make the change seamless for the dogs and we will do everything to make sure it is just as seamless for the Fluff & Bubbles dogs too.
We are of course moving our salon into the daycare which will mean more appointments, a bigger more spacious salon, a few more helping hands, and hopefully it will be a lot easier to book appointments with us. There are a lot of benefits although I know some of you may be worried about our one on one salon now being in a daycare.
We will still be one on one with our appointments as our views and ethics have not changed. Grooming dogs will not interact with the daycare dogs unless of course you are utilizing both services in the one day. Some days we do have another groomer working (which is already the case at Fluff & Bubbles) so at times we will have multiple dogs in the salon. With having a lot more space it will be easy to keep dogs separate and give them their own safe spaces while being groomed if needed. We do hope that you all are as excited as we are.
Some of the things we will be adding are of course daycare services which is super exciting. The daycare is currently full, however once we move in and settle into the new premises we will let everyone know when there are daycare spots available. We are going to be doing some renovations to make the daycare super safe and enriching for the dogs which will include new fencing, lots of new furniture and dedicated pens, and lots lots more. Because of my background and understanding of dog behavior I can not wait to add in lots of new features to ensure every dog is enjoying their time with us.
An open day will definitely be coming soon once we have finished our renovations. I really hope you are all as excited as i am. I can not believe that at 23 I have been able to own two of my absolute dream businesses and I can't wait to enter this new adventure with my amazing mother and business partner. Thank you for everyone's patience while i have been a bit behind on messaging and appointments this last month while we have been figuring everything out. We will also be gradually rebranding and will now be known as Pawsome Doggy Day Care & Grooming Salon. It will be sad to say goodbye to my small home business I have built over the last 2 years but I am so excited for the expansion. I wanted to say the biggest thank you to my amazing clients that have supported me and enabled me to make this big leap in my career. I would not be able to do this without all of your support and I hope you will all continue to support us in the new and improved Pawsome salon.
Over the next few weeks I will be messaging everyone with upcoming appointments that will be in the new place. If any of your friends and family are Fluff & Bubbles clients I would really appreciate it if you could pass on this post and let them know about the move. I will try my best to message everyone individually but it will be difficult with 250+ clients. Thank you for your ongoing patience and support! I can’t wait to introduce you all to Pawsome 🥳🥰🐶
